I feel so sorry for you non native speakers...it must be terrible to have to read a 2nd language...and then see it gutted for the Ork thematic.
Reading ork isn't so hard. Just push your jaw forward and read it out loud and it all makes sense. And then smack someone smaller over the head. No, but seriously, never had an issue with it. It's actually quite entertaining to me.
Well ever since I started watching more British television and playing more Dawn of war, and figuring out what those tankbustas say sometimes, It has been a sinch for me even when reading. It like the Orks have a similar accent to a British Cockney.
Non-native english speaker here, aboslutely love to read, write and speak orky. Just puts a smile on your face trying to be orky, or frankly just thinking about it. When I'm either home alone or on the gents while reading my ciaphas cain novels and there's orks in the part, I read them out loud. I also try to imagine Jurgen with a similar accent as well, but more of a deadpan and non-caring twist (Sort of like the Peasant in Warcraft 3) Either way, Its just a very rough cockney accent (emphasis on the rough part), as long as you try it'll work. Youz speak wif yer 'art, not yer smartz, ya git.
Hey yo guys! Ork speech is the best possible speech to use for waging war! The people who can't comprehend it are not real greenskins! They must be sneaky little humans. You see them, you smash them!
