Just needs to be an incentive to actually be the real WINNER not just all 4 factions win. Like I'm find with all 4 factions filling the bar and getting the full 2500 RTC, but the overall best win rate or most wins(adjusted for population) should get something extra.

Cosmetic would be best, hell even make it so your faction has some cool glowy stuff VFX or something during the break to show off that your faction won last time. Just something to inspire faction pride and competitiveness.

So if I avoid participating in the campaign, my character gets to not randomly glow?

No, I'm just trying to make sure I have a way to avoid the reward if I don't want it.

I didn't even know the campaign was happening until I read here, perhaps news via email or through the steam page/a steam alert would be helpful in the future
