You know I'm it actually sure how Marcus would react to that since they are teenagers so they aren't exactly the kind of kids Marcus would be defensive about but since they are Teens he might not care enough to stop him. Of course he wouldn't want to kill any of them himself but he won't stop anyone from doing it. Welp then Marcus is going to need quite a few visits to Nora the psychiatrist cause that would probably scar him for a while.
If Nora likely saw the kroot dooing it she would at least put a bullet in the kid's brain to end his suffering while the kroot ate. That and likely -1 Nora influence point.
