Hello guys ! Well... let's introduce myself... I'm Guillaume, a new member in the forum, and a new crew member at Behaviour Interactive. I'm in charge of Marketing coordination during my internship at Behaviour. Actually, I'm a novice in Warhammer 40k universe. I've started reading the books (beginning with the Horus Heresy to catch the context). So I think I will need all of you to educate myself... I'm a gamer too. I have a PS3 (shame on me ? ) and play games like Max Payne, Mass Effect, GTA, Uncharted, Batman, and super shame on me... NHL 14. Because I'm also a fan of hockey for years. I've moved last year to Montreal for my Master degree, and I'm french, from the Alps (but no, never invite me for a skiing session... :-D) Feel free to contact me, it will be a great pleasure !
Welcome aboard ! Keep reading the Horus Heresy series but be careful not to become a heretic. The Inquisition stalks in the shadows. Good luck
willkommen your realname is guillaume? thats pretty cool for a guy who works on a WH40k game :O in the case you dont know: the german translation for the Ultramarine Primarch Guilliman is Guillaume!
Welcome to the forums Horus Heresy is a great start in the 40k universe. Some of the books can drag on a bit but I guarantee you that the first 3 are amazing.
Ahah ! It's ok, that's not a frequent job ;-) I'm in charge of coordination with the community, the PR, etc. for marketing and communication stuff...and actually, I'm preparing some cool stuff for you guys ;-)
I'd also suggest the Inquisitor trilogies of Eisenhorn and Ravenor, as well as the Gaunt's Ghosts series to get a good idea of the current 40k setting, since the Heresy is in 30k. Just read Dan Abnett. Codexes, codexes, codexes. Short reads with way too much information to handle. Probably the best starting point in 40k when approaching it from a professional standpoint honestly. But that aside, welcome to the Forum and welcome to the family!
