@nathan on one hand we have the late patch notes, ok but this is why we need a slaaneshy tentacle whaweing us a with a developer's road map page so where can atlest know what is the in works for game patches even if they don't have an exact date on the list and the community can vote on the what we feel that are the game priorities i think that with that feed back you can get us over back to your corner of the eye of terror spandex pleasure planet.
That's not fair. The game is still incomplete despite it's being already released. If I had known there would be no player driven campaign and other missing features at launch I would have taken the refund when it was possible, later I had no chance to do it. That's just not fair.
I already answered him that we have far more advanced systems for this than paper (and Google Docs for that matter) for software development pipelines. So paper was suggested, I found that hilarious, and apparently it's the continuing debate ... about paper and ... text documents So no, we're not a game development house in 1989.
If more than one person are working on the same thing for the patch they should be co-operating to keep the pad up to date.
TBH this makes EC a scam, at least partially. Because there are shitload of features that made me buy this game (open world, persistent world, player driven campaign, PvE, visible trinkets, guild starships, assymmetrical balance, horizontal progression, MASSIVE battles, lots of other stuff) of which roughly 1/3 is currently in, and it is by no means in good shape. Though we understand legal and technical limitations you describe (rather impossibility to refund), i bet many ppl still lurk around to see these things go live. But i signed up on Valaron's Oath about 3 month to balance things out, and time is running short.
Speaking about patch and staying on topic - dont do this again and the Emperor's wrath wont fall on you.
You know as well as I do that if I had known how things would be in the future, I would have told you. Believe me.
