There are plenty of posts toward those things. Just Eldar seem to be overtly oblivious to why people complain on their part. Or just acting like it.
Yes, I do get constantly abused for TKing an exploit WS. We aren't a united front, ESPECIALLY after we got a lot of new players riding the 'Eldar OP' bandwagon.
That is vary strange, because us orks have gained swofts of presence within out community.. The orks are kicking butt now because we have begun to work together to understand each other, to listen. Sure some still refute to listen. but we have mended much of our community from performing stupid acts. Day by day there is less and less TKing, less T-bagging less bullshit. We can give orders to a whole room of pugs and people listen. *mostly*

Read my above post, we got lots of new players after the Eldar OP shitshow. They don't listen and play like fools. You can tell, since these are some of the names I have run into: - Gay-space-elf - Nerf Eldar - OPBroken - PlzBuff You can tell these aren't true Eldar players, but fotm players.
What do you want us to do about it? It's a bug yes... but what can we do? TK them? I would be lucky to notice since we are fighting a battle... If it's a WS that I can see on the map or with my eyes I will kill it. But one Swooping Hawk who is being an asshole? How am I meant to help with that? Type in chat 'stop exploiting that!' Since I should know where every single teammate is? The Eldar Community aren't cartoon villains looking to ruin your game. But this thread, (including the title) is antagonising when it doesn't need to be. This isn't like Wave Serpents, this can be done by anyone. Be they Ork, Space Marine or Eldar. I can't control what random Eldar do, like I said we got a lot of new players who aren't familiar with the community. Guilds will enforce their members but you can't control pugs. Hell I have been insulted by teammates for being in MYST.
i understand what you mean by any faction's jump assault could use this exploit, however, i see it more of a problem when eldar use this explot because of the fact they all use ranged weapons, so they dont even need to leave the safe spot up there where they cant take damage because of the invidible wall, however other jump classes such as stormboys have to crash into groups with melee and mostly get focused by five ranged gitz who just happened to be lookin in their direction.
problem is on Eldar part. You say other races can do the same but they can't, or can't do it as easy. Other races have very limited fuel in their jetpacks and can't fly as long. It's like Eldar are made to find and use exploits with their hoovering tanks and infinitly flying hawks. You just do too many things too well. Play ork shoota/loota boys for a week. Then comeback.
