you know, Caentyr is right, it is a map problem. i go up there all the time to get behind everyone and drop down in order to start the knifing. to keep it simple, there is an invisible floor on which you can walk, quite a long way, on the top of that lamp thingy. Plain and simple, from the bridges, it is simply impossible to fire at a jump trooper who is on that lamp, except maybe with a weapon that fire in Arcs. Then you'd have to figure out where the invisible floor starts and even i don't know where that happens. i do hope instead of just promoting hate and trying to get insults in, you were mature enough to send the screenshots to the zendesk bug report, which would be of great help. Almost like it was on our subforums
Psssh Swooping Hawks are like pesky insects trying to take down a Rhino anyway. As an Ork you should know this. Just wait till they make a mistake, land and krump them to pieces. Or just walk away from their attack range. Or shoot them till they stop buzzing. Those are my tips for dealing with the Hawk. Pr0playa69.
But the point stands, this is a map bug that any race could exploit. Posting this in the Eldar subforum alone is just provoking a reaction. Stop trying to spread toxicity.
Sigh... See the first time i made a post like this. a massive amount of the eldar community stood up agents tank exploits. Making note to kill their own teammates if they were to see them doing such acts. That the Eldar community is better then this that they don't need exploits to win, but need to work togeather! And find a better way! Then i make this post, and all that shows up is players acting like its not a problem. Giving half assed excuses to why its like that.. " Its a map problem" is like saying "Well i wouldn't have mugged that guy if he didn't have money" no different then "I wouldn't exploit it if there was nothing to exploit" there will always be cracks in the game that can be used to a players benefit. should we use it if it's not intended? Eldar players seem to not think so. If there are exploits to be had, they will take advantage. Here i was hoping for more of the first paragraph's situation to accrue.. I guess there isn't much of that ideology left in the eldar community anymore.. Also side note: No it wasn't ONE person, multiple swooping hawks were doing it, i just managed to catch one on a screenshot before they all started flying about like a bunch of cockroaches when the lights turn on. And many other swooping hawks were attempting it but failing. But still attempting it constantly till the match ended.
