I can see the stream now. "BTW guys we know orks are losing 2/3 of their matches, expect changes SOON" many your guild is winning but I assure you the only pugs winning any games regularly (the majority of players) are chaos and eldar.
The Emperor would be so disappointed AHAHAHAHAHA Also Im curious to see how many guild victories there are for each faction. MYST has been taking names for the Eldar but whenever I play with Eldar pugs, its usually a 50/50 split on whether or not we will win as attackers.
Do you people want this game to fail? Why are you delighting at the fact of such unbalance? Is this simply a "it's not happening to me so I don't care" scenario? People are going to quit when they see how bad the balance is, which will kill the game. Why are you all delighting in this?
It is funny because GW's poster boys were the first to fall, despite Orks being more or less unplayable.
My comment was more aimed at the fact that it's just a "fancy" scoreboard . Nothing "meta" about it since it just changes depending on various TDM matchup results. Basically it could be replaced by a simple set of ratios with percentages that would give the same info. And therefore is just a simple jpeg with fancy PowerPoint animations.
Well, sorry for the misunderstanding. None the less even if it isn't the proper campaign map it shows a fucking big balance issue.
Oh yeah and that too^^ Altho be prepared to have the devs tell you that space marines are losing coz they are less played due to eldars and orks being more "recent" and therefore popular in pickings : )
This has got to be my biggest concern. It's likely that the winning factions will go on rampage in the forums because of long queues at some point in the future. Why would they switch to the underpopulated faction to play but lose, eh? And it's no matter if LSM, CSM, Orks or Eldar get the upper hand, since asymmetrical balance is probably the hardest option to build good gameplay upon. It's gonna hurt all of us for months to come. I'm gonna wait it out, even though I dont know if that's good enough for me to play the game on a regular basis. (I main LSM, for those who want to insult my skill or general intelligence, as always) Despite all this, a good devteam will get it right eventually and we have to see if bEHAVIOUR has what it takes. I really really really really hope so, since Warhammer 40k: Dark Millenium was pronounced dead...
