And any JPA worth their weight in salt could Dash out of a D-bash. Tears flowed both ways, and it wasn't balanced. The problem still exists. The Kannon's charge damage is reminiscent of the PC's old damage. It dominates the playing field for long range combat and siege. Add that with the fact that Orks are innately durable, and you can bring it up with the assaulting force and not having a particular problem if it's done correctly. The devs stated the dropoff damage on the AoE is something that's being worked on. So there's that. The issue with accuracy is still an issue, though. Orks use daka. Kannons should not be having the accuracy of a Lascannon. You want the damage of Orks, you get the accuracy of Orks. You don't get both; Kannons have both right now.
Not entirely sure what everyone else's opinion is,but..... KANNON IS PROBABLY THE GREATEST WEAPON TO LET YOUR SKILL AND GLORY SHINE INTO THIS VIRTUAL BATTLEGROUND!
I mean technically, you never 'clang' with a chain weapon even, when you 'clang' a power weapon with a chain weapon the power weapon goes through the chain, the blade, then your head and your torso. Nevermind force weapons, just fuck your life at that point.
Hey to be honest the kannon isn't broken but the ace dakka is a bit op. For the people who don't play orks would or would not known this. The kannon has a good windup time and the grenade feature is pretty useless. The mortar is used time to time its just the normal mode that's used. Now if ya still sayn its broken I got two words for ya......Abadons Grace
