Yeah, I don't see any reason that harlequins wouldn't fit perfectly as a hero unit, given the LotD. I'd imagine they'd be implemented as a super-powerful banshee-type unit, with a stealth field, extremely powerful "ninja run" that deflects bullets, and some special sync-kills. Expensive hero status keeps em rare, but we still get to see them from time to time, weaving their dance of death across the battlefield. I mean, that's what the heroes are for, right?
I want a Solitaire...anyway i like the Harlequins at the same lengt as Necrons, but i wish don't touch them both(or any other extrame stuff), becase we just broke the lore way too much (i realy curious why even the 5 chapter/craftworld/tribe...etc. even together in this place, and i don't need any more extra)
My hopes are rather high... I hope they do the harlequins ultimate justice and make them not a full faction, but more than a basic troup at least. Great Harlequin Shadow Seer Solitaire Trouper Mime Death Jester
I sincerely hope the Harlequins won't be a full-blown faction. It would make little sense to see them in such numbers in the game. They will most likely be an Elite Eldar class, just like the Outcast Ranger.
I mean, in DoW they were the secondary command unit to the farseer, right? So that wouldn't even be a new role for them.
Seeing a single harlequin is a lot more rare than seeing a group of 5-10 of them as a troupe. If harlequins indeed will be in the game, I hope there will be some kind of squads for them formed.
Troupers and death jesters could be similar to veteran classes, you just have to pay a small ammount of requisition but they are not as powerful... shadow seer and troupe master can be elites.
