No, 30K Assault Squads can't remove their JPs. It's a different Squad type that fills that role, but those may be Legion specific. Interesting rumour on the Plastic Russ Primarch, as that is the forthcoming Primarch from FW. Could the source have confused an FW product for a Citadel one? If so, then maybe it's 40K rules for FW Primarchs in the next Edition of the Rulebook? Makes more sense. As for the Sororitas, they've been rumoured to be coming for a while now.
I took a look at the Musterbrand site, and it seems to be mainly themed clothing along with themed accessories. https://www.musterbrand.com/ For example, you can get a jacket with the main colours and symbol from a mainstream video game like Mass Effect, Mirror's Edge, or Halo, like a black jacket with red elastic on the bottom, a white bordered red vertical stripe up the back, and Mass Effect's N7 symbol on the chest.
