There will be 5 Echoes of War missions. The Triumvirate of the Primarch: Roboute Guilliman has been brought back through a combination of the knowledge and artifice of Belisarius Cawl, and the powers of Yvraine Emissary of Ynnead. Cawl even provides new Primarch power armour for him, the Armour of Fates, which bares a Celestial Halo. He carries one of his father's Flaming Swords, as well as the Hand of Dominion. There is even a helmet in the kit for him. He wears a Crux, possibly a Crux Terminatus, on one shoulder, and has a very high-tech and ornate backpack.
As well as Guilliman, the Triumvirate includes a redesigned Cypher in Knightly power armour that has been modified due to practicality. He carries what appears to be a Plasma Pistol of unknown pattern, and the holstered Bolt Pistol there was a Sneak Peek of a while ago. Like his armour, his backpack too has been modified over the years. He also carries the Lion Sword that belonged to his Primarch. The final member of this Triumvirate is Grey Knights Grand Master Voldonus of the 3rd Brotherhood.
Wait, Cypher as in the highest-tier Fallen? The type of guy that brings all the Dark Angels running to purge motherfuckers? And he's working alongside the Ultramarines and the Grey Knights? ...I think the Dark Angel's big shame's about to hit the head.
Guilliman is not a bad character IMO it's just that people seem to judge Guilliman for all the ultra memes i personally blame Matt Ward, he manage to fuk up 30k smurfs without even touching them , and it only took him two words Spoiler Spiritual Liege

cypher is the guy that actually helped/saved dark angels multiples times in their history. nobody know what he actually want or what he plan. dark angels don't want to kill him but interrogate him and know his plan (and also torture him until they are happy about the answer.) at this point he probally want to help the lion to awaken, but i'm sure there is some secret stuff like "it was me lion all along" "the one inside the rock is an impostor that stole my body"
