almost too bad we play under the guild rules of friends forming a group rather than classes, the way the elder shrines are. Be easier in my mind contacting a guild to see which farseer will help or aspect, rather than just waiting for your guilds one to come online.
Eh, 'almost' is right, as forming a full guild derived of one class will likely be far too restrictive on the versatility of the guild. The Eldar of the different shrines must work together to play off on one another's strengths and weaknesses while guided by their seers and directed by their respective Exarchs and Autarchs. At least that's why the only three present guilds on EC are much more overarching: the Myriad Shrines is a conglomeration of the aforementioned shrines, the Biel-Tan group is all derived of their respective craftworld, and Dark Evolution is a nondescript guild carrying over from older MMOs that's going Eldar.
Forming guilds based on classes is a terrible idea. Tactical and strategical options would be far too restricted.
This is quite late but your idea is sound you may want to check this out then.. http://forum.eternalcrusade.com/threads/warmaster-council.3750/
That's strange, as EC is basically taking over the PS2 audience. Were Dark Evolution playing MMORPG's, or they are PS2 players?
They claim to be a mature guild from EVE online and Warhammer: Age of Reckoning. I looked them up but couldn't find much, although there was such a company on EVE. Currently, their site has fallen into disrepair, only has 2 members, and both they and Biel-Tan dropped to second page of Recruitment. It feels like they just left for now, though they may return closer to game release.
Maybe.. The Wanderers of the Stars for Rangers.. The Radiances of Starlight for Farseers.. The Claws of Kurnous for Striking Scorpions.. The Blades of Midnight for Warlocks.. The Daughters of Morai-Heg for Howling Banshees.. Hope this helped.
When I created my own Eldar colour scheme in Dawn of War years ago, I called them Ephel Duath, but I feel some would be a little funny about using Tolkein Elvish...
