Only thing about playing a grot is they're too weak in comparison to everything else, and too many people would have to play as a purposely gimped class to get the property numbers.

Maybe make it so you have an AI controlled squad with you? Edit: posting on a phone makes my font size huge and I can't fix bolding oh god help

the only way I can see Grotz in the battle field is if one could control a few of them at once which can be weird to execute

On topic though, I'd assume that if an AI controlled grot squad was to be added, they would only have basic functions like: copy what you do or go where you can place a marker.
