It is not out of pity that we raise the souls of our predecessors to make war against bumbling vermin like yourself, but out of necessity. The Eldar do not take the awakening of the souls in the Infinity Circuit lightly and they loathe to intrude upon the sleep of the dead and we do not awaken just ANY Eldar from their slumber. Those whose bloodlust still rage within their souls and whose prowess have contributed to the future where our children will reclaim this galaxy are awakened to fight in service of their Craftworld. But, I wouldn't expect a pathetic thrall of the Ruinous Powers to understand our ways.
