A - 2 - Ask the Adviser to think about what he has in mind. (I'm no dictator. While I do seek their advise on how we must proceed, I am not going to demand it of them. Such behavior only leads down the path of treachery and contempt.) B - 3 - Increase PDF and IG (Need to reinforce the IG in the event we get hit again in our moment of weakness, and need the PDF to help maintain order in the streets.) C - 2 - Space Port repairs! (We need those imperial supplies asap. Emperor knows we need it.) D - 1 - Increased Wages for everyone! (Help workers get back on their feet by rewarding there continued service in this dark time.) E - 5 - Try to find out from your Artisan how to increase reputation with the Mechanicus and follow what he says. (Getting the aid of the Mechanicus is a step towards rebuilding our world in terms of weapons, ships, etc...) F - 2 - Go out and talk to the population from person to person. (We need to let the people know that their leader is still among them and cares for their plight. Showing that you are willing to help them rebuild and can lower yourself to their level is going to boast moral all over, both with the troops and the people.)
If I had to vote for anything else, I'd say: E - 2 (Boosting relations with the Space Marines is always a good thing.)
Before I announce the results. Please clarify this: Increase PDF and / or IG (name which or both) Only 1 said IG, all others nothing. Therefor: Re-vote on this matter: Category AD (Addendum): 1 - Increase PDF 2 - Increase IG 3 - Increase both Furthermore I negate the rule of 66% in category E and go with the 2 top-votes (which is in your favor)
