So the current downtime is indeed related to the 2.0 upgrade. I was getting everything in order so when the time comes tomorrow we can just zoom through it; unfortunately one of the files I added seemed to break Apache (the webserver running on our server). It's currently being fixed, hopefully we won't be down for more than an hour if that.
