Yeah, instead of asking your money back if you didnt like the job or taking another providence, you dress up in a costume and sit in front of his house yelling insults 24 hours a day. That has to work right? Thats basically what you are doing here.

You do realize that asking for our money back has been attempted before, right? And that it has been futile? Because the only time they allowed refunds was for a relatively short period of time after they announced the "delay" of open world content? Seriously, that was the only time. They haven't given us any more options after the many, MANY further cuts and changes afterwards. Hell, they haven't even refunded a lot of people for the RTP items that aren't in the game, and refuse to do so.
I don't disagree that they might had given little time to ask for the refund but then again there seems to be a lot of people in here that played the game for dozens of hours and want refunds. I think its legit to ask for a refund and even take legal steps against them of course. The problem is, sitting here yelling (usually about other things not related to refund) wont help at all.
Some people might spend their days, day after day complaining and flaming but for the most part from what I can tell it's not the majority of the naysayers. A lot of these people aren't making thread after thread just to throw hate around. This is a forum, lots of different topics get brought up and a lot of negative comments and feelings feed into those topics. Take a step back and think about this for a second, would any of us stick around and bring up all the problems with the game as things stand if we didn't care about the game ? If we didn't want it to be everything it could be ? If we deep down didn't want the game to flourish ? For the most part we aren't here to ruin your day but nothings going to change if it isn't very clear that we aren't happy with the current product. For a lot of us, a refund isn't an option any more, we passed up that opportunity a long time ago because we still had hope. I am more then willing to bet a huge majority of the negative posters are backers from the beginning, we can't get a refund anymore and I don't think that's the answer anyway. How does us getting our money back help the game at all ? We could email them but how is that any different from just posting on the forums ? At least here we can collectively show them we're not satisfied with things as they stand. There are already plenty of negative reviews all over the place so us pushing more out isn't a solution either. And we're not hiding behind anything, they have all our information already and if it's not accessible to them for what ever reason I am more then willing to give them my personal details if somehow that would change anything at all. And like I said when I replied to your post the first time, I'm not advocating attacking other members of the community hell I've said the same thing in many other threads but we can disagree with each other without being rude. And I've also said this in many other threads, people defending the game are just as responsible for attacking other community members as the haters. We're better then this and I cringe every time I see things get personal. I understand and I know it's tiresome and I'm sorry it's come to this, but again, all these points go both ways, some of the people on defensive here are in the wrong and just as rude as the rest.
Damn... I was at store, meet with friend, had training, watched 2 parts of "Dr.House" and Tv news, played with dog and finished painting 5 shoota boyz listening 2 full Alice Cooper albums. The forum rules say nothing about complaining endlessly, just that you shouldn't be abusive to other people while you do so. You could take a lesson from that. One of the first signs of maturity is being strong enough to believe in your own opinion without needing to force other people to agree with it, or attacking others because you disagree. That said, I'm sure you heard a lot about expectations in life not being fulfilled while you were growing up. /rimshot
Of course there's not enough weed here this place is full of idiots who think it's horrible but they don't mind popping 35-40 pills!!
I forgot to write about it, made a support ticket and 1 day later got them refunded and a bonus 10k rtp as well.
