So I just got this bad boy in a 30k box yesterday and put in through some matches and.... WHY AINT NOBODY USING DIS TING??

    Itz da best!

Yeah, yeah it breaks easy with itz 25 durability but getting into a duel usually mean yur dead anyway! Just prolongs your death as some shoota packin' git guns ya down as yur smashin'!

Zog all dat noise! Dis ting 1-2 shots errybuddy eezy-peezy!

If yur starting to clang wiff em just roll around and try again! Worse case run off and try an sneak attack em. Dun furgot bout yur slugga neitha, one hit den sum shots kills too.

Just curious to see if anyone else likes this weapon as most boys seem to hate it with itz break-ability.

    I LIKE IT!
  2. This thing was a meta like 3 months ago, now it's just better to go for a normal choppa + lifesteal

I'd imagine that Kommandos will find uses for this.

Well wiff the change to how weapons break this thing should be seeing more use.

You have at least one clang before it breaks so just be better than your opponent and everything works out.

Regular electro choppa already one shots tons of people from behind. Kinda makes the unique pointless. Git prod is only an assassin weapon whereas regular can be used to actual duel and break enemy weapons.

For the git prod to be justified it would need fist or klaw levels of damage.

Well da strong attack does nearly 400 damage on a back attack. Datz a lot dat is!

Big risk weapon but I find itz more den wurf it.

Not sayin' bring erry match or nuffin' juz I find itz a good choppa to add to our already huge arsenal.

    Dun sleep on it boys!

But what good is that when the basic one with mods already one shots from behind? Its like saying a 300 health enemy is MORE dead because you did 50 more points of overkill damage. Dead is dead regardless. If two guns did different amounts of damage but each still one shotted a target but one of them was just harder to use would the worse gun really be justified in existing?

lol exactly what I was thinking. My stormboy I equipped with this I named the loadout Storm Kommando.

The difference is that the basic axe will only kill people that forsook health entirely, the git prod will kill anyone in T2(red) armor, 1-2 health items, which is a big deal.

I think overall the Git Prod shines the best on maps like (God help us) Maggon, Zedek, and some of the triple cap maps as well. Anywhere where there are defined firing lines, but generally nobody watch the backs of those firing lines are the glory moments for the Git Prod.

The biggest key to using it well is to try and never show on radar. The game has weird sound ranges, and people are generally deaf anyway, so if you can sneak in without a jetpack and never get shot, actually meleeing doesn't put you on radar. So you can just chain heavy one shot people down a line and zoidberg whoop whoop whoop your way out.

OT: I saw someone yesterday who was arguing that sprinting put you on radar....it doesn't for the record. It kicks up tons of dust and people can see that or if you get spotted of course, but just sprinting definitely doesn't.

And one power attack to the back stuns and lets you follow with a fast for a down. If the git prod out right rag dolled people thatd be one thing but again the main regular version is still more versatile than the unique.

Seriously if you are gonna play like that you may as well just use the klaw that outright deletes an enemy.

I'm not using it because it only has 25 durability, it's more expensive and it only has slightly higher strong attack damage.

It also can't be modded. No thanks. I'd rather have a rusty gob.
