So I was tinkering with this new Geforce Experience crap and was curious about using Shadowplay to record amusing things, however I can't seem to get EC to get recognized by it and it only lets you record if it's a recognized game.

I've tried adding it manually but to no avail. Has anyone gotten it to work?

Try using OBS to record stuff, free and very good software (easy to learn and setup with tutorials, also nice if you intend to stream someday).¨

I got mine to work by going to preferences-privacy control and turning on desktop capture.

Still using the old version fine, cuz ain't nobody got time to make an Nvidia account for that. I'll probably be trying out OBS's Nvidia support (NVenc) once I get forced off this island.

Looks like even Nvidia knows this game is a joke lol.

Use OBS now.

Shadowplay works fine for me, doesn't much up my FPS either.

Is it the new 3.0 one or the old one?
