This year it's only for the Imperium:

"Your story must adhere to the theme ‘The Imperium of Man’. This could mean stories about Space Marines or Astra Militarum, or even Imperial Assassins or the Adeptus Mechanicus. You can interpret this in any way that you like but the story must fit with Games Workshop’s intellectual property, its mood and tone, and be driven by strong, interesting characters that inhabit and are a part of the Warhammer 40,000 mythos."

but I know there are people here who would find this just their cup of tea so I thought I'd share :) There's a bit of scope for variation and I figure that if we encourage GW to know that there are other parts of its franchise that interest its customers who knows, they may catch on!

Of course this is a chance for you Space Marine fans too :D

None of this is any good to me, I play Eldar :p So, passing it along.

This window is short, only about a month so if you're interested don't leave it too long!

    Finally!

Now I can post my four part collection, each 800 pages long.
It shall be glorious and I shall call it Warhammer 40000: The End Times.
After which I can them publish my book. Warhammer 40001: Age of Emperor.

    Just as planned...

Oh I am so doing this!
  5. Just as not as planned. I read so many books about Astartes, Commisars and so, I couldnt write anything new. And I am little too fond of Eldar, so they would win in my story, even while writting about Humans.

... Could be fun to Pwn the mecanicus...

    but it often backfires...
