The use of any emoji equals not being serious for me and in fact does mean "not entirely serious" too. Then again everyone tells me I come across as a rude, serious and ever grumpy cunt online and in txts so maybe I'm not the one to judge. Back on topic, what he said is quite my "Slaughter" mode, just that has tickets. It probably would only ever work as events, not as always available maps. @BERSERK-FURY I only quickly read your idea because I'm at work but I like it.
If you ask me always comes across as "sarcastic asshole" unless you are being genuine... But that's just from personal experience >.>
Oh yeah, I've been called that before... a lot... that might be because I actually am one though. Who knows xD
I think a cool idea would be that similar to the gamemode in Star Wars BattleFront. The gamemode of defending the AT-AT, using the Warhammer equivalent of the giant mechs. The mechs would be based on whichever faction is defending such as the Space marines' Reaver, or the Orks Stompa. (Idk the sizes of them or the names exactly these are just ones I googled). They could have ordinance that can be used by a terminal of some kind. (Also another off topic idea would be a dreadnought mech suit, probably in development, but cool nonetheless) This is just my main idea I had while playing and it could be a cool implementation. Would love to see it in the game if not changed a bit or even a lot.
Why are people Necro'ing posts from a year ago? if this idea wasnt used then, prolly still wont be now.
Because its better to search the forums for existing threads to add your ideas to, no matter how old, than starting endless multiple short threads all on the same topic which are much harder to find and draw ideas from. It is much easier for the Dev team to collect feedback from a single thread and even that is a hard task to chew through all the walls of text.
I like the ideas put forth here. I also like the TDM idea alot. I think if it was limited to small groups (5 a side in an enclosed space) it would work even better. Squad level combat should be as important as entire army based.
idea: hulk fight 30 players, extremely confined lair-style map that occasionally spawns nids at random (but not always all the time) everyone gets personal limited lives, as opposed to team lives. the objective is to find geneseed of some macguffin and play multi flag CTF turned easter egg hunt with them.
