  1. Yes, maybe the scoreboard is bugged...?
    But things like dying random because of things you didn't see, hits not connecting, shots not hitting, The Heals beeing hard to target, people running into you without doing anything...

    I smell a big portion of lag here :( And as the founder went smooth, i suspect the higher playercounts and the servers not beeing ready for that

    I'm wondering more how they got to Rank 5 in less than 6 hours. o_O
  3. My theory were the servers as well. And I think there were problems as this always after patch when you count that server monitoring or what is it they are doing... yea, UAT and even live were much stable before, but not that many people played, cause, patch hype. I remember day after twitch playing 25v25 on Magoon, it was stable. Not like this :D
  4. hm... after a 2nd thought... it could add up.

    My client shows 33ms, but if the server is just overloaded, that might even be right. My connection is fine, but the server struggles to give it all the information it requires?

    I mean, of course i could just have a bad connection, but why now, and why not in the EA builds before?
    Only thing that changed (unless there is a performance-eating bug in now) is the playercount...?
  5. No.... everyone is suffering horrible lag, so. Its servers. Something is happening after this patch went on live. Thats it. We were lead millenia by our vision, do you trust it or not?

    I use to average around 15 to 25 kills per match as melee now i'am lucky if i get 10..........

  8. @BrentEllison is there an increase in xp and progression until launch? Will there be another character wipe at launch? Will there be wipes after launch?

  11. So... I got some insight after 4 hours playing with da best facshun, ork!:
    -Thanks brent for giving a 12% damage increase to the shoota and big shoota that I said to you. They feel a lot better!
    -At first glance the rokkit launcha change to charge was a bit... bad. But now wrecks tanks and kill infantry 1 hit! Maybe in the future you could make a mod to the rokkit to fire non-chargeable rokkits with 3 or 4 per reload. Also the animations are still a bit odd and the rokkit sometimes doesn´t goes off.
    -Love the new ork animations, they are far more smooth and clean. The armor and the gob are also lovely.
    -The new tools for the painboy are really good, they are not so bad now at the battlefield.
    -Sometimes when I honk or do something like shoot in my wartrukk or tank I get sound glitches
    -Melee is strange now, the teleport bug seems to be back
    -Lag is now more notable and affects a lot the gameplay, but in the scoreboard says that I have 33 ms (wich I never had, I always have 70-80)
    -Don´t be afraid of getting the survivavility in a better place. 32 life for 150 points are not pretty good, since that means that I can get one more shoot. I was thinking that if I go full survivavility I get like 50% more resistance, not a 10% or 15%, that has no game impact (at least for me).
    EDIT: I forgot to mention the waagh mechanic. It doesn´t always activate and the WAAAGH sound comes too late and is a bit lame, sounds like a goblin saying WAAAGH. But the mechanic is fine. Maybe lower the exp that get´s the rival for killing us because we are in swarm mode.

    But overall, good job there! Hopefully you can balance all in the launch.
