Spins round upon hearing the struggle and sprints towards where the static noise was coming from hellgun at the ready. he yells to the rest of the group 'THE TECHPRIEST! WE MUST NOT LOSE THE TECHPRIEST DAMN IT!'
the high pitched static stopped as the group found the tech priest, he was lying on his back, one of the pig-deer things dead beside him, no clear signs of bodily damage on it, but a copious amount of blood was leaking from the creature's ears the tech priest stood up and began wiping dirt off of his robes "it... surprised me" he said sounding rather embarrassed despite the dull mechanical voice
Ogryn Manu- Picked up the pig-deer and placed it on his shoulder. He patted the tech priest in the back, nearly knocking him back down. "Friend found food. Who make fire?" He was hungry again and now had food thanks to the tech priest. OOC: thanks for the food
Amelia Strauss- "oh..thank the Emperor..it was only one of the 'docile and not dangerous to squad' beasts.. she panted out as she got to where the tech-priest now was laying. "by..the throne.." she grumbled slightly.
Crysix sat back and sighed before looking aroun in the deafaning scilence, he was concerened as to what happend "um guys?" he asked he asked quite concerned about how vunerable he was
either the tech priest's deadly screeching had scared off the nearby wildlife, or something else had, it was too quite for a forest
-John "We should get moving to A spot were we would have a advantage if we were attacked." the psyker said looking around. He then stopped for a moment as if trying to sense if there was any other living things near them besides the team.
Knowing that the techpriest was fine Jack returned to watching his surroundings for trouble, he was not happy that this planet had nearly claimed both of the people he and the rest of the team was charged to protect with barely a scratch on any squad mates so far. Frustrated Jack moved towards where Crysix had sat down and hefted the wounded guardsman onto his feet to drape his arm over his right shoulder helping him to walk. as he did so Jack offered the guardsman his backup weapon, a laspistol which he had holstered in his side pocket. 'Unless you stay on your feet you will be holding us up until we can get out of this damned place to somewhere safe, so if being carried like this is alright to you do me a favor hold this laspistol and keep watch. if it were up to me at this point I would tie the techpriest to Manu to make sure we don't lose him like that again.' As he said this Jack nodded to the techprest half expecting him to hear what he said. 'no offense'
