Katie, this needs answer plz!!! About to buy the pack but need moar info on how this will apply to us founders.
So we can just apply the package to our accounts then? Ahh, yep. Just re-read the description of the pack.
Noooooo, why you have to give an answer so fast, now I'm $16CAD poorer than yesterday. It feels so good y_y
There is a danger making new "packs" especially at different values. In game currency or premium currency is a misnomer since no one even knows the items that will be available to purchase with them. Its like having 20k spacebux or in monopoly money. Value cant be determined until you know what can be purchased . Also not to keen on the "Does NOT include: A full game key (this must be purchased with other packs or bundles)" I Thought behavior was avoiding the whole "Free2play cashshop" thing. This seems like a cashshop bundle at best. The only incentive people are getting roped in on, is it happens to have the word Ork in it. Beyond that, your still just Free2play, and will have continue spending money to get into the game. IMO once you drop a single dime on a game, you're no longer a Free-to-play. I think It would be smarter just breaking the pack up altogether and assemble it in some other form aka Ork-founders packs or w/e since it has some custom items. You still get the same stuff you would have gotten as a F2p player, aka the single characters slot, the name, ect. Only noticble difference is your paying to have the same overall. Cosmetic items, and store credits are exempt if your trying to do a 1-to-1 comparrison. Other than that your creeping into the murky territory of trying to Nickle&Dime players, but give no added value or incentive. So Please Leave Rouge Trader out of the dialogue from now on... Its starting to become a worrying trend. We keep seeing comparisons from points to dollars on Items, that No one else can measure their value other then Behavior-interactive. You cant say you have a $40 $80 or $450 piece of candy, and think everyone will accept that at face value. For sure the game is worth at least $40 bucks. Anything in the price bracket that gets to this area means you get the full game. This we can be 100% sure of. However anything else that's higher than or, lower than that price is just too cloudy for justification. Lets just focus on the core game itself and take a break from all this cosmetic stuff for a while huh ? Hell we haven't even seen Orks ingame yet, I'm not exactly going to rush to buy cosmetic items for charterers not even a part of a game I haven't even seen yet. We seen some mockups, but nothing concrete yet. I just don't want this end up like a certain Space ferrying game where your dropping serious money on 3d spaceships. As a business model its amazing, I cannot deny that. I mean Nostalgia does that to people, But Is it ethical? Meh again we face a murky grey area... TLDR: No Sir I don't Like, Don't like it at all....
