Performance is the same for me, but it allready was pretty fluid. But the lag has increased... so to summarize, what i got now is verry pretty, fluid rubberbanding
In some maps a solid 50 to 40, and in others (like the green one that I never remember the name) 35 to 30, and if there is an explotion the frame rate goes down by a -15 or -10, depending on the map. I got a fx8350 and a r9 390. Seems reasonable for a engine that does not support well AMD. Maybe you could put a fps cap in the options so I don´t get to have those drops. Im fine if I have to play this game on 30 fps but not so much if for a explotion the framerates goes down all the time.
@Oveur Dont know if this was answered already but are we going to be getting more customizable graphic options at launch? Rather than just a slider, be kinda nice to keep the textures but say reduce the AA or set it to a different mode (if thats possible with the engine atm).
+1 to this, some things in AMD cards function pretty good, but some others don´t. I would like to customize that.
I still have no other option than to play it on the lowest settings, even if I can play CS:GO on full, WoW on high to medium, and Battlefield 4 on high to medium setting. My build is... Operating System: Windows 7 64bit Processor: Intel i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs) Memory: 8gig RAM Display Device: AMD Radeon HD 6800 - Approx. Total Memory, 4gig
FPS for me have dropped considerably. From 60 to 20-30. I had to go down from 2560x1440 and "3" graphics to 1920x1080 and "2" graphics. Now I have again 50-60 fps. AMD Radeon R9 Fury card, intel5 proccesor. 16 GB memory.
Oh god, I hope you have it in at launch. I mean I have accepted my fate, but... there are some people... who are very particular about optionmenus
