What do you mean, doesn't everyone own a helicopter? @KatieFleming says so and therefore I should get her one. Is she fooling me?
You can probably google it and maybe there is a way to do it through some .ini file but I thoroughly do not recommend messing with the .ini files as most of you know since it messes up patching.
Oh pardon, but you're wrong, you good sir! Our magnificient eyes can and will notice the difference even pass 60 FPS, even if it's minimal. You sir just have to get rich and buy a 120hz refresh rate monitor for that.
The human eye can't see over 60 FPS anyways (those who say otherwise are just seeing optical illusions).
but we see when a PC run a game easily and with no framedrop, so for have a constant 60FPS we need a pc that run the game at 90-120 so even in the worst condition there is no frame drop under 60.
They tested with pilots and they said they could certainly see above 100 FPS. Also, our reality is not capped at 60 FPS either, you're probably the one seeing optical illusions. Because the real world doesn't exist in your monitor.
There's an exponential fall off in the differences at higher levels of FPS> I would much prefer a baby smooth 60 then anything higher.
It does when it takes man hours to make it work for a PC game. The difference between 15 and 30 is tremendous. The difference between 30 and 60 is less. The difference between 60 and 70 is miniscule. Now, all things cost in "man hours". The ability of people to work efficiently. The more man hours you spend making sure the DPS is uncapped for everyone, the less there is on other things like gameplay. So set a goal. 60 FPS for most people, try to get 30 FPS (which is more then acceptable for a lot of folks, myself included) for everyone you can. The game has to be playable.
