Im planing on purchaseing the captains pack this coming wednesday, so i was just wondering do i use OP referal code or has it been used so far?
So just to get this straight, i have been voided the 4k points because i have been a forum members for 6 monthseven though i have not purchased a founders pack yet??
You can only get the 4k bonus if you sign up a new account using a referral code and then buy a founders pack with that account.

Crusaders, lets not bring rules and code and law yet in this discussion. We are in the SAME team and we are making this game for you. So instead lets talk about WHY I ''prefer'' (the team is following my direction on this) that forum members do not use the forum to post their reference code. Even if the project is fully financed and even if we are a somewhat large studio..... we are still an INDY studio without the same marketing ressources of the large one. So, the more I save on publicity/marketing the more I can add cool stuff ingame so when we design our referal program is to make YOU work for us by going where we are NOT KNOWN. We are already trying to convert those none-founders inside our forums but what I need from YOU all is to go outside and bring NEW BLOOD to our community. What I would not like to see is founders ''exploiting'' our ref program just for there own benefits. Its has to be win-win. Think yourself (pre-heresy) as Word Bearer.... I have no need of you on TERRA but please go to none compliant planet where you can REALLY help me bring the light to none-beleivers. Is that a fair thing I can ask you all Brothers? @Houman, lets be kind with those of still post (without spaming) their ref code once in a while by refering them to my message first. Well ive seen people actually getting banned in the very EC threads you participated on /tg/ (when you gave your Q&A's there). So some of these "none compliant planets" dont even allow this kind of posting. And anyone who posts their referral code there gets banned by the moderators (wasnt one of the unlucky sods). So people are still spreading the word about EC in either case, just that they are being smart and avoiding getting banned on these other sites by posting their codes. I can see why people would post in a place where they are safe doing so.
Yeah, I recently got a warning and my post taken down when posted my referral link on an Eternal Crusade thread on another site.
Maybe it would be quite kind and generally a good idea to ask the mods of that site if posting the refferal is allowed?
