I'd say I'm intrigued more than excited. I've been burnt on other "founder" programs where the game's ended up moving in a very different direction (or 2..or 3 looking at you Firefall). I'm most interested in the whole "build your own founder pack" ethos they're going for, especially with being able to change it around at will as they add new elements. I'm just curious how long the wait will be between the start of the founder program and the release of actual playable modules.
I'm reasonably excited about being able to yell "Shut up and take my money!", but I'm much more excited about the big surprise Miguel said he had in store for us. I'm really keen to get my hands on a massive, post E3 info dump for the community to absorb, mull over and bicker about.
Whenever people say 'BIG SURPRISE' I always take it with extreme skepticism. Regardless of what we're talking about. Usually whats 'BIG' to other people isn't always 'BIG' to you. 2c~
I would finally like to lay my hands on the guns in the early access modules to test them and chose the best suiting for me but first I'd also like to know more about the system requirements for EC, do you think they will be less drastic for the early modules than the full game or no difference?
I'm actually scratching my head at the moment if I wanna buy founders or not. If I did it it would feel like doing Behaviour a great disservice, as it might give them more incentives to create (gameplay-)exclusives in the future which might bite them in the ass once the game is released. As some previous posters already have said I want it to be only cosmetics. I spent 350 dollars on Camelot Unchained, and I wouldn't doubt doing it on EC if they dropped the exclusive-bullshit (sorry Miguel).
