I'm just gonna finally come out say that I don't think it was ever going to be made for consoles and Behaviour should be reprimanded for getting people's hopes up. Seriously their "demands" are ridiculous even the richest most influential publishers ever would have absolutely no chance at making Microsoft and Sony share servers not even if WoW would come to consoles and they promised MS&S billions of subscriber money but only if they work together. Microsoft & Sony wouldn't spend a single grain of rice to work together and every one in the business knows that even Behaviour.

I honestly do not think EC will be that intensive at all, judging from the screenies we've gotten recently.

It's been mentioned that founders will probably get stuff like forum badges and such. So it probably will be an account based thing.

I can't see Microsoft and Sony working together but one of them could still make it. Hey, never know. They might see it as a way to get good press and work together. Especially a company like Microsoft that doesn't have the most positive reputation.

The power necessary to bringing both MS & Sony into the same ring is outside the bounds of anyone's arsenal unless they can harness a unified media assault that forces the companies to respond. That would also require the public's response of stopping all purchases from said companies until they comply. Not going to happen for the sake of EC. This is a scenario that would require everyone in the gaming world to be a fan of the IP on a unified front to "MAKE" it happen. Good Luck with that Miguel.

I doubt it will available to console players because of the beta keys. I thing the consoles have not been finalized yet.
Also doing beta testing is more idea on PC because updates would be more faster compared to consoles. Every update/patch i think has to go through some q&a process with Microsoft or Sony i think.

my question if anyone knows are we actualy going to have to guess within the next few months when this will be avalible or will they actualy give us a date when this founder pack is avalible because one i read founder i got super excited and was like thats a great deal all the perks inc. with the founders pack and i really don't want to miss out on this

FFXI was a cross-platform game between PC, PS2/3 and Xbox 360. It's not common at all, but it's not impossible.

Though I think I remember hearing a while back that MS mentioned that it was the experience with FFXI that solidified it's decision to no longer allow their products to cross-play nicely with other platforms.

I don't see why you get to speak on our behalf regarding our intention for a console version, or to vote for us to be reprimanded... Our good intentions are there, whether the platform holders will cooperate is another story.

Personally, my opinion is that PC/PS4 could play together (since Sony doesn't have as much of an objection to cross-platform play - DCU is cross-platform PC/PS3/PS4) and that the XBOne players would have their own server.
