Same problem - the best part is it tells you not to cancel it if you try because you still could get charged and not get credit for your goods, or, if you go to try to recharge it the message says not to because you could get double charged.

It told me my Card was declined... Does it not accept debit cards?

I think it was only credit card and PayPal for now.

Btw, mine is going to take 6 to 10 days as far as I can see. For some stupid reason that payment doesn't get accepted right away but others do.

Now my bank account says it billed me four times! WTF!!! My Founders Account says the process was cancelled each time, and that I still don't have a Founders Pack!
