Until the dev team and their mods can understand why players are upset and make changes accordingly, this game will continue to go downhill. They have giant horse blinders on whilst being deaf and we're all screaming in their faces the obvious answers. At least they acknowledged that the 150+ ping servers were a problem for North Americans.
