dont see why you would think that, since they arent and by far the most awesome of the groups are the Carcharodons who where loyalists all the way through, just a boyond the light chapter.

Executioners were like Carcharodons, but less "we just pulled them out of our a**" mysterious and more Conan the Barbarian. The Corcyran Massacre proves the two chapters were equally good at combat.

if you want a "Conan the barbarian" chapter then why not the minotours they are pretty decimate at that.

What is about Iron Hands? Black colors, a lot of augmentation, good background, has a lot of differences with other chapters. And they are hatefull and angry.

I've said it already, and I'll say it again: I don't care much about who gets in first, as long as all first-founding chapters get in at some point.

Also, Salamanders. Or Iron Hands if I have to.

And if not first founding chapter, then Carcharodons - is my choice! (black templars are not in plans anyway)

But, by the way, what is the point of this topic? To prevent arriving of IF? If there are a lot of people who love this chapter, why anybody should prevent their victory?

Not independent enough. They're basically the High Lords' personal army. Executioners follow the standard Conan set of values and the naming of various things in the chapter is already a reference to works of Robert E. Howard.
