Well any race are better than the ork but if you look into the necron lore they are much better than both chaos and ork necron are equivalent to adding chaos and the tau together

you say the tau are divided yes..we are but yet again no we are not even the exiled cadre's and the farsight enclave follow the greater good with that the Tau can never truly be divided.
