I think...as sad as it is to say...I'm actually worse with the fixed Klaw than I was even when it had no light attack at all I became so used to not having it the playstyle changed...now I find myself trying to rely on it in combat and getting spanked haha. Edit: There is something...odd about the light attack animation though. I think only a portion of the animation counts towards clangs/RPS. I keep having chainswords spamming LA on my LA going right through it.
A big problem is clanging against knives with a 600LP weapon is horse shit. Items can be better if they cost more, and someone with a knife and a good ranged weapon shouldn't be on equal footing in melee range.
So is the quick attack actually working now? I left home for a few days to help family, and now that I saw they did in fact do a patch (my hypothesis of the crew taking our cash and heading to a slaaneshi party are thankfully not true (at the moment) I am hoping they at least got it down, but if da Dok is saying there's issues, I may not be so sure.
For all intents and purposes the Klaw is working on all attacks. I just can't tell if it's an intentional part of the clang system that faster attack weapons can poke through the "clang" frames of an attack from a really slow weapon. And of course, obviously, I am not mega pro. I lose plenty of melee fights heh.
I think losing the occasional fight comes with the territory. Only cuz we can'z come around for anuvva go, see?
I have done a few games with the klaw and it feels very sluggish compared to it's power fist counterpart. With the fist I usually see clangs yet with the claw I don't think it can clank as it always goes right through it. Also when dbashing the fist you have time to recover while the klaw seems to stun lock you to the point there's no recovery to be had. I'm not sure if it's still bugged or what but honestly it's not really worth using outside of AV as light/medium melee weapons are doing the job WAY better than the fist can currently.
