They said Orks actually "growing" while ranking up is not going to happen at launch. They however did say they might do something like higher ranking orks being taller or beefier than the lower ranking ones.

Everyone's expectations are high lets hope they deliver. I also hope the free to play orks models will not be different than us who payed. Different items and customization yes, but different models hopefully not.
Yeahhhhh prepare to be disappointed on that one. The F2P orks are going to be Da Boyz the smaller runty-er version of the regular orks. That said smaller orks make for a harder target to shoot, as if you can call that living. >.>
