I think you'd have trouble finding a person who wouldn't agree with that. :p

  3. Still want to play my Voltron 40k unbound list:
    5 Models for an army.

    Wrathknight
    Imperal Knight
    Gorkanaught
    Dreadknight
    Riptide

Such a silly list but the look on my enemies face would be so worth it.

I know bE have said no super heavies for launch but I would like to see an exception made for this.

"The Storm Serpent is a Engine of Vaul, a super-heavy grav-tank of the Eldar. While other Engines of Vaul are noted for their immense firepower, the Storm Serpent actually contains a mobile Webway portal, which it can use to disgorge warriors right into the enemy's midst."

It's only armed with a pulse laser or scatter laser so its not a huge strain on balance and it fits the lore perfectly.

I know the TT rules for Wave Serpents make them pretty handy but with them and Fire prisms as our armour choices I fear the devs made tempted to nerf the prism cannon because you know the mehrines will be screaming "OP!". The wave serpent is a good all rounder which in conjunction with the Fire prisms abilities may justify some of the "QQ. OP".

I would rather they made the Fire prism a glass cannon and gave us a super heavy spawn tank, in keeping with Eldar's horses for course style. Also there are issues with the similar silhouettes of the FP and WS (that said the rhino and predator aren't exactly chalk 'n' cheese).
  6. I think we will get the same deal as the marines, wave serpent will = respawn point. I do like the idea of a spawn point we could charge through from a base or starship waiting in the webway.... mmm yes. that would be nice. hit and fade.

It would be cool if you could switch through modes like the actually fire prism. A focused blast with a small width, a medium blast with a bigger radius, and then a huge blast that does little damage.

I would love to see Fire Prisms tank in the game. Although Balance wise it could be a nightmare since they should have low fireing rate but tremendous damage per shots (unlike Predz auto-canon).
Also see that big lazzzzoorbeam on the battlefield would be Badass.

Now I am thinking, will there by splash damage on impact (even friendly damage)?

    Peace

I'd be happy having Falcons, Wave Serpents and Fire Prisms in at launch. Those three should be enough to cover the multiple roles needed to counter other factions.

I'd rather have Wave Serpents, Falcon, and Crimson Hunter simply because the crimson hunter is more iconic than the fire prism and id rather have 1 transport, 1 heavy, and 1 fast attack, rather than 1 transport, and 2 heavy
