Ah yes, the greatest planner of all time succesfully created what alpha legioneres has done a dosen time with other chapters in much greater scale *golf clapping* Atleast there was allready great animosity, and unless these grey knights where like Aleric they would have attacked the wolves, a bit of a sad sight, but that is how it must be. Atleast the wolves dident break their own back upon prospero, as Magnus rebroke his and his legions upon Fenris. It okay, but it does look pretty darn goofy
I meant no offense to any Space Wolf fans. I wasn't really trying to sell anything in particular. Just giving my arbitrary opinions. I wanted to include Space Wolves somehow, but I couldn't really think of anything else that was more fitting for them to fight. Also, I don't want to be anywhere near Tzeentch sorcerers. Their ridiculous plots annoy me, and their ritual spells are usually OP. Excoriators being my go to SM faction is because Zachariah Kersh is awesome, but also because they are stationed around the Eye, which means they have to be tough as nails to not be eradicated. I also like the part where they only repair their stuff to the point that it works, so that all their opponents know that they've already been through Hell.
Yeh the excoriators are cool, and being part of the 20 chapters that surround the eye is a cool thing indeed. But the wolves had the 13'th company who fought chaos within the eye of chaos for 10000 years, ever since the scouring of prospero. Also, though many plots are "just as planned" then some of these plans have to be bad becouse you can ruin alot of just as planned, and tzeentch fanboys will say that being annihilated will be part of the plan of the victory they lost.
As I said they are a risk to the Imperium. If the Wolves had just sacrificed themselves like true Space Marines do, the Inquisition would have killed one of the biggest threats out there. Well and I didn't even mentioned the Ultramarines they killed earlier. So you say that every Alpha legioner is better than the Space Wolves, as ervery Alpha can do what Ahriman did but on a bigger scale. Prospero was a big loss to the Imperium; they lost alot of technology, knowledge and a Primarch that the Emperor eagerly needed for his plan to succeed. There was no victory for the Imperium that day Wolf! What I can say over the attack on Fenris is that we achieved what we came for, beside that Magnus never truly died and can never be really killed. So we still have our Primarch what is with your Primarch Wolf? Where is he? Your Legion has a history of failing. You failed to eliminate the Thousand Sons an order you reseived 10000 years ago and still haven't achieved funnily this order was given by the biggest Heretic there ever was... You failed the Emperor by killing of the biggest part of his plan, its like you crafted the weapon the Emperor was struck down with and now you are attacking your allies again! Your Legion is pathetic! In the end you helped chaos more than you helped the Imperium; you always were the plaything of chaos a pupped used by a bigger player. You may wait for your "Wolf Time" I say it is the wait for the end and we will bring the end!

The alpha legionares have never been able to infiltrate the spacewolves me boy. not every they are just much better at it and dont gloat at a few deaths. Well Magnus partly knows the location of Russ, and though he can never truly die, even his progical sons point out that he might have beomce strong, but he has also become so very weak. and he also got banished on Garm, another big loss, 3-0. I see you dont read much into what actually happened, the Emperors big plan got ruined by Magnus in his arrogance, hence why the order was given, Russ dident go to prospero on his on mark, that would be the night of the wolf you are thinking about. Aaaah Tzeentian arrogance, like that of 4 eldar fanboys and 2 wardian ultramarines. Also good luck with the last part, you failed in another 6000 year plot that would have destroyed Fenris, even after you where practely given the spear of Russ (a weapon forged by the big E) And you are a broken legion, only a few small warbands, the wolves are still fighting like they allways have, stopping the enermies of manking every place they can, and i would like to hear your plot on how to stop them, (that dosent involve Magnus getting banished once or twice more) BTW im a big fan of the Thousand sons (or atleast pre-heresy), just havent read that new book yet, or else i would guess im in big a step on their lore as you.
To each their own. Personally I like the "Hunter from the Depths" motif and playing up their bone scrimshaw.
