actually Space Wolf lore shows that instead of using thunderhawks and land speeders, Wolf Priests do travel alongside some armies on thier long boats to battle and are offered food and travel because of the choosing Also, Lone Wolves on great hunts will also help Fenrisian hunters in trouble due to bonds of blood, or will BE helped and those Fenrisian warriors will be taken back to The Fang to become chapter serfs

They may or may not 'cause at this point its all just speculation, we've got limited knowledge only really hints (which i was basing my comment off) and that's probably all we'll get 'cause GW aren't worried about us thinking they have or haven't families (or event still contact them). Also apparently the Salamanders might also raise families 'cause they spend years in the company of the people of Nocturne, so it's entirely possible but as ive said all speculation.
The space marine geneseed only takes to the Y chromosome, so no, you shant see any female participants of the Space Marines. But I would love to see the Adepta Sororitas included in the selection since they are traditionally more powerful than IG, so it might be somewhat believable that they can keep up with Space Marines on the battlefield.
