    With how the Geneseed works, its customed to males. The only females in the 40k universe are imperial guard or Sisters of battle. Having said that, I don't think they are sticking rigidly to canon.

    Female Chaos marines maybe, as new Chaos Marines are boosted by Chaos, but even that idea pushes the bounds of heresy...

    Female Inquisitors

    Female Imperial Guard
