My dad during his visit here actually brought me on this idea... We were talking about roleplays and MMOs and such and then he was remembering back then before there were computers as standard equipment or internet still luxury.

The first 'MMO's' were in basic letter games. So you sent your turns etc. to the central along with many other players and then once a week you received the summary of what is going on. Then you write a new letter with what you do and send it to the central and then you again get a summary.

I want to do it the same style. So instead of you posting here, you will write me PM's and I will then once a day or twice a day write the results up here.

I figured it solves many PvP issues and reaction times and such. Though instead of Wh40k I take a fantasy setting. But not any.... I will settle the world in V'lynn which was created for the Scelestus Chronicles RP.

You also PM me your character sheet and where you would like to start, etc.

    Available Races:
    Humans of Ora / Orans
Dracons - Half Dragons Half Humans
Lauxens - Very thin Humanoid beings (kinda look like Tau of the Air Caste)
Elves - Well... you know... Elves...
Undead - Undead of any other race ; just keep in mind that Undead are USUALLY Humans
Vampires - Vampire of any other race ; Usually Ex-Humans or pureblood Vampires

    A bit description:

Orans are regular humans and therefor are all-round and can in basic become everything if they study / train that particular thing long enough. The Orans differ from individual to individual completely - but usually are always like those leading individuals they follow.

Dracons are really strong and somewhat the Adeptus Astartes of Scelestus ; though they are very feared which makes them bad traders, merchants and such. Though without question the best fighters out there ; they also can spit fire - very few become Sorcerers. They do not like really the other races, but tolerate them.

Lauxens are pretty weak in comparison to other races, but they are the smartest in things of technology and rely on them. They are the first to discover machines and utilize mana as more than wizardry. A reason could be that the Lauxens are actually completely mana-unaware (just like Tau are warp-unaware) - also they are open to anyone who offers them a good deal or can help them to progress their technology in any way.

Fun Fact: The Lauxens were designed like that before I actually knew much abut the Tau and were not even mainly designed by me xD

Elves are the strongest in sorcery among with the Undead, though the Elves are quite arrogant - so are they also skilled. Most of the time an Elf spends his/her entire life only mastering one thing, though there are some who learn multiple talents and master them throughout their life.

Undead are as said with the Elves the best sorcerers in V'lynn as both races are quite mana affected, which is one of the reasons why they hate each other so much. They never die but for that they also can only be healed with Mana - which is also the source of their birth.

Vampires are living from the blood of others, if it is another race or their own kin does not matter - they require it to live. Also the sun harms them but not instantly kills them, usually they wear cloaks during the day - although in the Vampire Kingdom it is always dark ; nobody knows why exactly, many say it was an ancient spell. They are most hated by Orans and Dracons.

Classes available (All Races) ; standard weapon
Fighter - Melee focused individual ; any melee weapon

Magician Apprentice - Magician Student ; usually using a Rod or Staff (can cast tier 1 spell of any chosen base element (you must choose 1 element to start with) ; base elements = fire, water, air, earth)

Archer - Ranged focused individual ; either Bow & Arrows or Crossbow & Bolts

Classes Available (Race Specific) ; standard weapon
Thief - Orans ; Knife / Dagger - specializes in stealing, lieing and bartering

Flame Spitter - Dracons ; Halberd - specializes in using the flames most efficiently while the weapon becomes more secondary

Blade Dancer - Elves ; Twin Swords or Rapier and Shield - specializes in fencing or fast melee combat to win not with strength but finesse and speed

Engineer - Lauxens ; Automated Crossbow - specializes in constructing all kind of things

Dark Adept - Undead ; Rod or Staff - Same as Magician Apprentice but with Tier 1 Darkness (Advanced Element) instead of Base Element spell

Torturer - Vampires ; Whip or Sword - specializes in torturing in many ways, including seducing, pain and other ways, perfect for interrogations or.... Other personal goals which may need charm or other means to convince individuals

    Available Start Locations:

Ora - Capital of the Humans - though all races are welcome here.... Depending in which part of the city they move ; Everyone can start here - mainly recommended for Humans, Dracon Fighters, Elf Archers

Dracon Capital - Capital of the Dracons - Everyone except for Vampires are welcome here ; though Vampires may stay here for a week or so - max before being quite suspicious ; Dracons or Humans should start here

Undead Capital - Capital of the Undead - Everyone except Elves are welcome here ; Undead magicians or Dark Adepts should start here

Elf Capital - Capital of the Elves - Everyone except Undead and to a degree Vampires are welcome here ; Elves should start here or Human Magician Apprentices or any kind of Magician Apprentice (save for Undead)

Lauxen Island - Capital of the Lauxens and a flying Island - Lauxens should only really start here ; All are welcome as long as they can offer something to the Lauxens

Vampire Capital - Capital of the Vampires - Everyone except people of faith / holiness are welcome here ; Vampires should start here and those who perhaps want to hunt Vampires or be in the constant danger to be either tortured or turned into a Vampire

Forest of the Eternal Spring - A huge forest covering so much area, even with a horse you may end up travelling four days from one end to the other ; most of the wood for all Kingdoms comes from here, several guest houses are planted throughout the forest along with little lakes perfect for fishing and such ; Good starting place for Oran Thieves or Archers who want to make quick money with hunting

    What you start with:

I will tell you that once you give me your char sheet via PM :)

    How does this 'Letter-Game' work?

Well simple: You simply send me (via PM) your character sheet, I tell you what you start with, your surroundings, what you can do, etc. Then you say what you want to do. I will take in what every character does of every player and when the next turn comes - I will describe what is happening.

    How does combat work?

Pretty much I will judge with logic and based on the experience of your character vs. enemy how the fight is going ; though fights may go on for several turns (especially PvP)

So also in combat just like anywhere else you describe me what you intend to do and I will upon next turn react what is happening.

Do I have to keep reading here or do I get updates via PM?

YOU HAVE to read here, because here is where each turn progresses - PM is only to ask questions or tell me what your char does.

Can I post my decisions here?

NO! You only PM me your decision!! You can post here only as OOC reference to share your opinion or if I understood something wrong what you intended to claim or other news I.E. you are not going to be around to play

    I missed a round - what happens?

If you miss a round and you interact with NO player - then it will be on hold. If you are in combat with another player or interacting with somebody else - your character will do some default move. I.e. if attacked s/he will defend him/herself

If something was suggested I will just go and judge for your character except you state prior to the round how your char usually reacts.

    When is usually new round?

I really have no idea... I intend to have new turn in by 10pm EST because I usually head bed by then, but it could happen that you gotta wait till 9am or up to noon (12pm) for a new round ; depending on how I got time.

    Round #1

    Elven Capitol - Magic Academy

It was basic Element Class, six Elf Magicians attended.

Two Earth Mages, one male, one female ; Kyrben and Zytunia. One Fire Mage, female ; Lina. One Air Mage ; Elenwe. Two Water Mages, both females ; Iranel and Meer.

They were taught practical and theoretical for the entire day from sunrise to sunset, with two breaks in between.

As they day was over, each student learned a new Tier 1 Spell.

The Earth Mages learned 'Rock Throw' which taught them how to use their powers to make the Rocks move in particular ways for different use ; though it would never be strong enough to harm anyone really - it would be rather useful for creating barriers.

The Fire Mage learned 'Warm Flame' which taught her how to use her powers to not just radiate a warm light, but also heat around the Elf ; though it would never be enough to set others around ablaze.

The Air Mage learned 'Air Whip' which taught her how to use her powers to not just attack with air, but also to make it slash like a whip into specific pattern ; though it would never do more harm than a scratch.

The Water Mages learned 'Water Transfer' which taught them to transfer Water from one container into another and control weak streams to a minimum.

OOC: No other players / decisions yet. Also please try to not tell each other who your characters are etc. as I will always keep many NPCs around to keep it interesting and more in-character ^^

    EDIT:

Keep in mind it's late afternoon / evening now :)

    Round #2

    Elven Capital - Magic Academy

Some of the Magic Adepts left directly after the class, others remained. There was Water Mage Adept Iranel and Earth Mage Adept Kyrben (the male) who conversed with each other about the nearby lakes and some probable adventure either there or into the nearby mountains.

Elenwe approached Iranel curiosly after a while, apparently not disturbing. Though the conversation could not really get anyway once Kyrben started to flirt with Elenwe, stroking gentle through her hair. Iranel felt irritated and out of place, aimed to walk away.

But she was intercepted by her Fire Mage Adept colleague, Lina. She was curios about how water magic works and how it affects fire magic and such a like. Lina quite collected a lot of the theory and would be able to cast water magic quite soon if she would study more into it ; though it would be far too distracting to proceed in fire magic parallel to it.

Elenwe had no chance to approach Iranel with the insisting Kyrben, he seemed to be quite attracted to her. How pretty and perfect her face was, how the hair hung from her back and the glow in her eyes.

    Ora - Tavern

A female Vampire ; easy to recognize on the black veil and hood as well as the athletic, slim figure. As well as a male Human were standing on the Mercenary board, the Vampire joining on later. There was only one task so they either would fight over it or go together.

The Task said something about escorting a delivery from this very Pub overnight to a Pub in a nearby village ; a wagon of different food and beverages. The Reward described fifteen gold coins for one person or seven for each for two or four for each for three - including a free night at the tavern the goods are delivered to.

Nonetheless two drunk Humans approached the female Vampire. "Ey.... Yah dere! Wi *hick* wi.... wi.... Fought ya! *hick* Kin! ... Back in de *hick* great waagh!" They were supporting on each other to even just stand straight, some visitors looked curios of what would happen.

"And..... *hick* ... Wi.... *hick* don't lik' ya! *hick* So.... Get outta hir! *hick* Befor' wi getz *hick* .. Ugly!" One pulled a dagger, another a short sword, pointing it against the Vampire.

    Ora - Forest

A Dracon Fighter went into the nearby forest after having spent the day in the city. To hone his skills he went to a popular hunting ground which he heard about.

Rumors also said that Wolves haunted here at night, but the Dracon could care less. Though he did not notice one at all, only a bunch of wild life in form of deers, sheep and such alike. The most ran away in his bare presence but he found a training ground - usually used by the Oran military.

Training puppets had been set up so he approached them to train his Sword and Shield upon the puppet. He trained for two hours into the night before eventually a Wolf howl was heard from nearby. It would be up to him to make his way back into city or hunt the predator.

    Undead Capital - Magic Academy

Three Adepts of the Dark Magic Arts visited the Magic Academy. Umbran, a transformed human of the Vampire Kingdom, Ba'al, an Undead Elf and Driades, an Undead Human.

They were taught in the beginning of the Dark Magic, Tier 2. Each of them learned how to use Darkness not just as a source of mana, but also it's power of fear in all kind of creatures and to use it beyond as a weapon to scare their enemies and bring defeat upon them not just through power but also mentally.

After several hours of intensive training and trial and error, the Adepts learned how to create 'Shadow Tendrils'. Though as they are only mere novices it only works to capture, hold or pull on targets which are in darkness or standing in a shadow or such.

Forest of Eternal Spring - 'The Golden Tree' Tavern / Pub

A former Human, now Undead Archer just went into the Tavern when an Elven couple left, mumbling something about a lake and making love in the moon light. What did he care to hear such details?! But alas he could smell they were somewhat drunk.

As he entered the Tavern he saw a bar and several tables. Each table seemed to belong to a group. One was a trio of Dracons, two female, one male. Another was a bunch of Elves, six seats but only four were seated. It seemed the couple that walked out belonged to them.

Then a table with human bandits and thieves as it looked like and another table which was seated by a bunch of mages of all kind. According to their robes one of each basic element, they must had been from the Undead Kingdom, for the Runes spoke so, if they had been Elven then the Undead Human would had been barely be able to read them.

There were also two empty tables, one with two chairs, the other with four. At the bar sat a hooded figure on the very far corner, in a dark shadow. And next to the entrance a single Elf, probably one of the entertainers working here according to her clothes. She was almost naked, only wearing a dark blue silk top which gave a deep cut into her breasts, but did not expose her nipples.

Combined with a silky dark blue short skirt, barely covering her tighs, mixed with a very slim black tanga, only to cover her intimate parts as she was taking her break. The Undead could tell she would not get drunk because she was drinking only what appeared to be lemonade, made with limes - an Elf speciality and preference.

She was talking with the Dracon Barkeep ; the Undead Human sat down two chairs further down the row, asking for local rumors.

He and the two conversed a bit about the Forest and recent events. Apparently several bandits were fighting over territory, explaining that the Bandits on the one table were called 'Green Arrows' specializing in ranged combat and always up for new members to join them if they prove worthy.

And besides that a hunting tournament would come up soon, hosted by the Orans. In two days this pub would be packed becaue it was only a one hour walk on feet to the tournament area near 'Lake Tulip' which is mainly known as a lovers-place but also effective killing ground as many animals gather during day there, lately even Foxes and Wolves had been spotted.

Though there are dark rumors about disappearing people in the middle of the night who wandered throughout the forest.

    Round #3

    Elven Capital - Magic Academy

Kyrben's flirting was replied by the Air Mage Adept who was playing along. It had been going on for a short while, some smooth words, some deep gazes into the eachothers eyes. The talk was not yet very about what Elenwe intended - Some private information and other.

But Kyrben seemed interested - More so when Lina, the Fire Mage Adept joined. Being quite interested in both as it seemed. She stroke with each hand through the hair of the Air mage and the Earth mage. Kyrben got quite red, but offered to take both into a nearby guest house where they could talk more comfortable and get them all something nice to eat.

It was only a two minute walk and the group of three talked a lot about the lessons, Mana, etc. But more so about each ones different life so far. It seemed that Kyrben was the youngest of them all and came from a small village, whereas Lina came straight from the Capital, just as Elenwe though grew up and lived for most of their life in entire other districts.

    Elven Capital - Guesthouse - Harriet's Rapier

The Harriet's Rapier was a sword from a female Human general who aided ages ago the Elves the very first time. The start of the friendship of Ora and the Elves. The Guesthouse was huge, though as many tourists falsely think the Rapier is hanging above the bar, though it is just a replica.

Urban rumors have it that it is only said to be a Replica so nobody would think it is the real one. Nobody truly seemed to know.

The talk went on about rumors of disappearing people in the Forest of Eternal Spring, for a week it had been going on and nobody knew why. Kyrben seemed quite curios about it and had many suggestions. Ranging from rogue Ogres over to Daemons.

Lina and Elenwe both acted interested. As the food was served, Kyrben had paid. 9 Gold coins for the three. It was very good cooked Deer from a fresh hunt, just brought in by a hunter who ate himself for free - thanks to the provided meat - at the bar.

The Talks went on about current politics of how a possible war between the Elves and Undead could be on again - but the ladies quickly derailed from that and went back to magic and current rumors. Kyrben seemed somewhat irritated but shrugged. Perhaps Politics was just no topic for the ladies? Nonetheless it was quite an interesting talk.

Mountain Chains nearby were the latest point for a group of archaeologists and new revelations of ancient V'lynn could be figured out. And out of that many bodyguard jobs emerge which are most of the time easy but a good pay.

As time went towards midnight, Kyrben suggested to bring both beautiful Elves to his room.

    Ora - Tavern

The Vampire expressed her opinion of violence and asked them to not bother. The Drunks did not back off easily and tried to attack her, but the barkeep came in the way and dragged them back to the seats.

"Sorry for that, lady. They just had a drink too much." She nodded in thanks and turned to the human who analyzed the mercenary board just as she did.

"Want to do the job together?" The man did not react yet - probably thinking about it. But eventually he nodded. Both left the Tavern, after pulling the job off the board. On the east-exit of Ora they met with the merchant.

"So you both want to the job? If so - Then you better be ready! We must leave now or else we will never get there."

    Ora - Forest

The Dracon Warrior determined to hunt down the beast and moved towards the origin of the howl. Though the forest was thick it was quite easy to find - After all the Wolf seemed not to move.

As he found a wide open field within the Forest he saw it. A Wolf. Roughly Two Meters long, a meter wide, packed with muscles, deep red eyes glowing in the night, pure white fur. It was howling towards the moon.

A dangerous beast indeed, it's mouth covered in dry blood. Either from the past nights or even tonight. The Warrior must be careful and determined to beat this wild creature.

    Undead Capital - Magic Academy

Ba'al approached Umbran and Driades - The goal: An adventue in the wasteland to hunt some - perhaps honing the darkness skills in the meanwhile. Umbran shook his head in silence and went off. Driades on the other hand seemed somewhat interested.

After a bit convincing work, Ba'al and Driades headed off to the dark Wasteland ; only the moonlight shining upon them and their path ahead.

It was a beautiful night - If Undead would have a sense for that. But for them it was just another night. Yet it may had been a casual night for Undead - but not for Dark Adepts. Because for Dark Adepts the night was THEIR time, when it was easiest to cast the usually forbidden spells ; A reason why the Magic Academy gave the Dark Magic classes at night and not during day.

Undead Kingdom - Wasteland of the Dead

Ba'al and Driades quite conversed about their skills, the most recent theories of Darkness and the first Dark Mages that emerged and if they truly were Undead. For the all of V'lynn knew that the Undead emerged of Dark Magic - from the Necromancers. History tells that they were living beings long ago, but that their life was ended at the hand of the Undead themselves.

And the Undead - who ended up studying the Necromancers after their death learned the skills themselves for that was the only way to become more. Slay others and turn them into more Undead. Yet many saw it as a curse, others as a blessing.

Food, Water and Sleep were things Undead did not need and lost the concept of. Often around other beings they forget that they need to do those things unlike them. Vampires were also free of those things, save for their need of blood.

And the conversation just kept going on that way - Dominated by Driades. Nonetheless eventually they found easy prey. a little group of Armadillos, three to be exact.

    Forest of Eternal Spring

The Undead remembered the Elf couple from earlier. He traced their steps - which was not too hard. Sitting between some bushes to have a clear view, without being spotted, the Undead peeked through them. It was certain that if there had been people disappearing in the woods, then they would become a victim too.

The Elves were kissing each other on the lips while caressing each others body. Hands over shoulders, neck, feeling ears and squeezing, twisting, pulling gentle on them.

The male pushed the female with her back against the corner of the lake and pulled her legs around him and they started to moan in pleasure. The Undead not backing off or feeling embarrassed - for the emotions of lust and pleasure died with him upon his resurrection.

Though as they were right at it and seemed to not care about anything else, a single blue glowing eye popped out across the lake, behind the female. Just as the couple were both moaning - almost screaming - in the rush of pleasure.

    Round #4

    Current Time: ~Midnight - 2AM

    Elven Capital - Guesthouse - Harriet's Rapier

Lina thanked for the dinner and the nice evening to both Elves, though the Adventures may sound interesting for another day. And then she raised from her chair to move over to the hunter - curios about his hunt and other tales.

Elenwe on the other hand, was agreeing - after Kyrben offered - to spend some time with him in more privacy. Therefor the two said farewell for now to Lina before heading off back to the Magic Academy into the Earth Mage wing to get into Kyrben's room.

Lina, now sitting next to the hunter, offered a drink for him - Though he disagreed for that he just came for one and that women should never care for men. He was an Oran who lived in the Elf Kingdom and simply grew up with the spirit that a man should always be the caretaker of a family, not a woman. Save for if both are Females living together.

Yet he did not know anything of interest, just having hunted some deer for a few quick gold coins and a free dinner - being a long-time friend of the barkeep. His name was Ruben, living in a log house near the forest. The man was pretty descriptive as Lina asked regards hunting grounds and well - His hunting grounds were right in front of his house!

Besides hunting he also was a treekeeper, making sure the trees are well fed, grow in appropriate numbers and are only taken for log if there were enough other trees to replace them. But other than that there was nothing outside of his daily routine - Only in the Forest of Eternal Spring were rumors of disappearing people but only in a particular part of the forest.

He shrugged as Lina pushed for details, concluding it must had been either Travelers to stupid to protect themselves from the wild life or a group of bandits hunting people for slavery, rapes and such sort. Bandit clans were ever growing in the forest because it was too big to ever catch them all and no Kingdom could waste resources for a bit crime hunting - Though it was good business for Mercenaries.

The man then took his leave as it was past midnight already, wishing the Fire Mage a good night and to take care. On an offer of cooperation he declined - He was a Lone Ranger and the young lady would only be in his way, after all he was forty already, had spent ten years as archer in the Oran Army and then tutored in the Elf Ranged Academy for five more years before taking his post up as Hunter and Treekeeper.

With those words he left the young Elf and made his way to his home to rest for the next days routine.

Elven Capital - Magic Academy - Earth Wing - Mage Adept Kyrben's Room

The small talk on the way to his room was relatively boring. Kyrben offered a chair for Elenwe as he sat down himself on his Dorm's bed. Like most Mage Adept rooms it was a single room, because many studied deep in the night and there were anyway only a few Adepts every year and most would start wandering after the semester would be over to explore the world and learn at other Academies.

Nonetheless the talk got relatively deep about each others' family, how they ended up here and other things. The talk went on for half an hour and some information exchanged got lost already again as tiredness started to kick in.

Kyrben was rude enough to offer Elenwe to share the bed for tonight, declining the offer - Elenwe made her way back through the Magic Academy. Kyrben was somewhat disappointed and sighed, the Air Mage could hear how he said to himself 'I blew it again.'

    Ora - Main Gate

The Human and the Vampire agreed to cooperate and share the reward evenly - as the Mission on the board had said. It was already clearly past midnight. "We must deliver the goods before daylight, but that will be easy for the walk is only two hours anyway." The Merchant said as he walked next to the cart that was pulled by two Hilumen.

Hilumen are known in whole V'lynn as strong but pacifists, they were not very smart either. They had somewhat dark-green to light brown skin and remembered some from time to time into trolls and ogres rather than into Hilumen. The only payment they really desire for work is food, beverages and a bed to sleep in. A fascinating race, considering they could probably beat a Dracon with some training in melee - Yet it seems they do not know rage. Only fear.

It would be quite some time for possible ambushes or... Lots of smalltalk for the Vampire and the Human until they would reach their destination.

    Ora - Forest

Just as the wolf howled again for the Moon, the Dracon decided to make his move. Running straight towards the wolf - which heard the heavy steps and the iron armor. The Steel sword came down but the wolf jumped aside and then onto the Dracon.

He blocked the bite with the shield, bashing the Wolf aside. The Creature looked fierce and deep into the eyes of the Dracon. The man thrusted towards the wolf, it jumping aside, going for the wrist of the weapons hand. The bite was hard and deep, but the Fighter could bash the beast off.

It licked it's mouth, enjoying the taste of fresh meat, blood trickling down it's teeth and mouth. The Dracon ignored the pain and awaited an attack, the two were circling each other. Until the Wolf made the mistake to jump - having lost it's patience and being too hungry for fresh meat. The Dracon bashed the shield from the side into the Wolf, completing the blow and pressing it down into the grass beneath. Just as he was going to finish it with a strike into the head of the Wolf it somehow freed and jumped back.

The Battle reached another peak and both charged towards each other. The Wolf jumped high, going for the neck of the Dracon, the man too bulky to react to fast, the attack being finished. What the wild beast did not know is that the scales, skin and flesh on the neck of a Dracon is one of the hardest parts and had to fight even with it's razorsharp teeth. No second was wasted and the sword penetrated the side of the wolf. It attempted to roll off but the man pushed the sword even deeper in, eventually piercing the heart.

The beast was dead, the Dracon now as the combat was over felt an saw the blood trickling down his wrist - The Fighter knew that without first aid until morning it may infect and just get worse.

Undead Capital - Wasteland of the Dead

Both Dark Mage Adepts had the same idea and casted Dark Shroud Mist on each one Armadillo, causing them to freeze as they got shocked by the pitch black fog around them. In defense they rolled into little balls but it was too late.

The Adepts spoke unholy words of once forbidden magic - Only used by the Undead now. Causing Tendrils of Shadow to be created from the mist, grabbing the necks of the Armadillos and choking them to death. They had no chance - The last Armadillo seeing that rolled quick into a ball and rolled away.

The two peaceful creatures were dead within seconds - But the Mages felt how dark magic drained them ; it was advanced and their mana control was not well enough to keep it up for long and mixing two spells into one attack pattern even less. Ba'al was forced down to one knee, feeling exhaustion for the first time in his life as an Undead.

But it was ... Different. Not exhaustion that would tire you or such, more like an exhaustion of power leaving you. The moment when you had adrenaline and testosterone pumping through your veins and from one moment to another it simply all would be gone - That kind of exhaustion.

Although it did not last long until he got back on his legs - He would definitely remember this, his 'friend' grabbed the Armadillo he killed and pushed it in his backpack. Stating it may bring in at least a bit money for either those who desired it's skin and such or at the Magic Academy for those who studied Bestiary.

    Forest of Eternal Spring

The Undead Archer readied an arrow - But waited. The Creature was very careful and seemed to wait for them to be done. As the couple kissed a last time before letting go of each other it was the time to strike. The beast - still not able to be identified by him what it may be.

The size was of a Dracon - but also could be an Ogre. The Silhouette was not giving much away because there were too many trees and bushes in the way and there was no light except the Moonlight high in the sky.

Neither did it made wild sounds. It simply grabbed each naked Elf, crushed their heads together to knock them out and headed off with them back into the woods.

    Round #5

    Current time: ~2AM

Elven Capital - Magic Academy - Air Mage Wing - Elenwe's Room

Elenwe yawned and put her robes off and put her staff in it's designated holder after locking the door (rule by academy as the lock also activates a magic seal). Changing into a sleeping outfit she laid into her bed to rest for hopefully entire 8 hours. The following day would be weekend, therefor only advanced classes would be given - Of which no of the Mage Adepts can take yet until they have mastered a basic element first.

Perhaps she would talk to Kyrben the following day again.

Elven Capital - Magic Academy - Earth Mage Wing - Kyrben's Room

Kyrben sighed disappointed and just locked the door and laid naked to bed - Always hating the heat of the night lately he simply slept better undressed.

    Elven Capital - Guesthouse - Harriet's Rapier

The hunter was shown gratitude by Lina and before he ultimately left she had asked for the way to the Mercenary Guild, he gave the simple way and took his leave for good.

She left the Guesthouse as well.

Elven Capital - Mercenary Guild - Message Board (outside)

Once Lina arrived at the Mercenary Guild she only was checking the message board. Several tasks were at hand requiring attention. Escorts, Bounty Hunts, Collecting specific items, there was always something at hand at the guild. Though it was late already, therefor she headed back to the Magic Academy to rest.

Elven Capital - Magic Academy - Fire Mage Wing - Lina's Room

After checking the board, Lina decided to call it a day and head to bed. Putting her robes and staff off after locking the door, she went to rest. Reflecting the day short before drifting into dreams.

Road between Ora & Kylimnos (the Village with the PUB where the delivery goes to)

The first half an hour of the trip passed by, the Vampire and the Human exchanged somewhat information. Several questions popped up from the Human towards the Vampire:

    - "Where are you from?"
    - "What makes you think you are worthy of the reward of this quest?"

As he asked he showed slight disgust and never let his eyes from her, afraid that she would fall earlier or later over him to drink him dry.

Though the Vampire had questions of her own:

    - "Are you doing it for the money? Or rather for the Glory or even something completely different?"

    Ora - Forest

The Dracon took his leave with his newest prey, after skinning it and taking the meat from between the bones as well. Stored safely within his traveler backpack he made his way back to town. Unknowingly being preyed on by two pair of eyes.

"He might be useful.... Or simply tasty." One voice whispered, the other individual shook the head. "No, at least not yet... We will wait for a better time."

    Ora - Adventurer's Clinic

For ten gold coins the Dracon got himself patched up and also got his wounds disinfected. It took only a few minutes and then headed off to the Tavern.

    Ora - Tavern

At the tavern Corvus was capable of selling the meat for fifteen gold coins and get a room, as well as dinner for free, as the Taverns barkeep was a bone collector and took the bones off from him for the dinner and night.

Undead Capital - Wasteland of the Dead

The hunting adventure was over and the duo went back to the city to sell the bodies. Only little conversation occurred as the Undead Human was too focused on his Armadillo victim and analyze it and it's aspects, quite fascinated of how it could roll into a ball.

    Undead Capital - Hunting Guild

As the duo reached the Capital, the Undead Elf headed for the Hunting Guild - Certainly they would buy the Armadillo. But since it was the entire body it only sold for five golds. It would be quite a pain in the butt to take it apart - but hey at least some money!

Though Ba'al was offered to hunt and capture to living Armadillos - One Male, One Female. The reward would be fifteen gold.

    Forest of Eternal Spring

Beolrin followed the beast wherever it headed until it came to a stop after ten minutes of wandering. There had been a big tent and a campfire. Many bones were laying around too. The knocked out Elves seemed not to regain consciousness anytime soon. And now the Archer could also finally see - through the light of the campfire - that the creature had been in fact a Hilumen.

Though it made no sense at all since they hated violence, furthermore they were not really smart enough for ambushes and kidnapping and such kind of things. It started to set up a grill above the fire.

OOC: I know it is a bit 'stupid' but sleeping chars are sleeping, therefor nothing for them! (you may suggest me what else to do to keep playing those who sleep and are awake, but keep in mind I do not want to play at 3 different times or so xD)

    Round #6

    Current Time: 2-3am

Road between Ora & Kylimnos (the Village with the PUB where the delivery goes to)

The Vampire answered to the human:

"You mean, before my turning, or before I arrived in Ora? I'm Oran, if that's what you mean, but I spend most of my time travelling, so I actually think of myself as a V'lynnan." I try to look friendly before continuing, "I don't think I'm worthy of it, yet. But when the mission's accomplished, then why shouldn't I? I could ask you the same."

And so did the human answer to the Vampire:

"My motives are my own. And to be frank, I don't trust you to tell you anything about myself" he said as he walked along side the caravan, his hand constantly ready to draw is hammer upon the vampire should she make a wrong move...

Though it was neither who made a wrong move. Three bandits from front and two from behind popped out. The two from behind had only daggers and tattered clothes, the other three looked better armored especially the one in the center who seemed somewhat to be their leader.

"Give us yah goods and ya can 'ead off aliv'!" The Bandit-Leader growled, having a two-handed Iron Club, the men next to him each having a short sword and leather vests. The Leader was designated apparently by his Iron Helmet, though he had also Leather Armor.

    Forest of Eternal Spring

The Undead Archer took a rock and threw it further in distance away to distract the huge creature, which worked... For now.
He hurried quiet but quick over to the knocked out individuals. Yet heavy steps were closing in. If he was to save them, he could only save one of them.

Undead Capital - Magic Academy - Dark Wing

Since the classes were over, the Dark Mage Adept, Ba'al decided to study some old books, attempting to learn new knowledge from old books.

It took a while to find a book worthy of intensive studying, but eventually he found one about an ancient wizard, one who was a member of the cult who had raised the Undead for the first time. The spells and such may have been restricted to only the wisest and most senior mages.

But sometimes in history, knowledge could be found as well.
