Didn't need the video to tell me the Enclave are the good guys in Fallout 3. Should have my character sheet completed soon. A couple questions about the equipment by the way. Radio (Should that be a specific role for the group with one person being in command of the radio?) Binoculars (Same question as above) Pipboy 3000S (Where do we gets these? From the Tower we're in?)
Nope, each person a radio and each person responsible for staying in comm rang of the Tower. The Tower has a pretty strong radio antenna so taht shouldn't be an issue. Just gives everyone the ability to zoom in even without a scope. Gave to be able to survey an area being a recon team. Just a made up name for an elitist version of the Pip-boy, and yes you got it from the Tower when you turned 10 years old. Same time as when you start basic training in the academy. The S makes it special. (Works like a regular one, with the added bonus of a built in holo recorder.)

Raven Rock and Adams Air Force Base fell in 2277 and Fallout 4 takes place in 2287 so it is a ten year gap we've got to fill in =P Name: Marcus Pool Sex: Male Rank: Soldier Age: 24 Equipment: Assault Rifle Combat Knife X Frag Grenades Recon Armour X Stimpaks X Rations Canteen Radio Binoculars Pipboy 3000S S.P.E.C.I.A.L.: Strength - 5 Perception - 4 Endurance - 5 Charisma - 3 Intelligence - 3 Agility - 5 Luck - 3 Once destined to be on the front lines retaking the Nation's capital from the filthy savages and muties but now stuck on cleaning duty and withdrawn from glory, stuck with the misfit group known as Delta Squad. Delta Squad had a reputation they seemed to try and live up to. The firing range they seemed inexperienced just holding the trigger and they'd never be given grenades unless it was absolutely imperative they had them even then after giving Delta Squad grenades you should run into cover as soon as possible as they'd probably drop the grenade at their feet and be unable to pick it back up. A few years ago in Power Armour Training classes for the future liberation of DC a mishap or two happened while preparing the T-51 armour that was expendable compared to the X-01 and MKII Power Armour and it's Tesla variants or the rumoured Hellfire armour. The T-51 suit was functioning fine according to the reports when it was put out for training but it wasn't as it malfunctioned with it's legs refusing to have power flow to them and when a Sergeant gives you an order you do not follow excuses aren't tolerated. After received latrine detail for failing to respond to the orders of the Sargent the next mishap happened during weapon training. These would be the lucky recruits who wouldn't have to carry around P94 Plasma Rifles but instead have nice and compact Plasma Rifles that'd been designed for urban situations. The Plasma Rifle in use that day must have had it's sights out of sync with the rifle as it just so happened to be when an inspection of the recruits and their training was happening and when the rifle was fired it was all over the range without hitting the target once which needless to say infuriated and embarrassed the Sergeant who stuck Marcus Pool back onto cleaning toilets and cleaning out the rubbish of the tower. The final incident that happened before 2277 as the liberation force was being prepped and by some miracle Marcus Pool was accepted to join the front line in a peacekeeping role who'd be assigned to guard the halls of a facility known as Raven Rock where apparently the President is taking refuge at the moment Marcus Pool was relaying ammo to Vertibirds and troops in need of it until he accidently had a brief encounter with the Colonel Augustus Autumn when he knocked him over as he rushed to take ammo to the others in his squad who needed the last of their ammo. Colonel Autumn chastised Marcus Pool at first but then found his Sergeant and took it out on him as well. Marcus Pool's Sargent went onto an ear blistering rant then got a transfer order for Marcus Pool to be sent into the notorious Delta Squad. It was even said that Delta Squad wasn't allowed live ammunition for the danger it'd cause the other Enclave members. They were frequently shown up by the fourteen year old recruits who were just beginning to learn their plasma and laser weaponry. Marcus Pool still kept an eye on what was happening within DC through the EnclaveNet but shortly after a report about DC's liberation now at a turning point with the Brotherhood of Steel splintered with their "Outcasts" and are weaker or less likely to interfere than originally assumed, all communication from Raven Rock ceased. A back up system at Adams Air Force Base managed to send back messages that seemed insane with talk of a 40ft robot spewing anti-communist propaganda and lobbing nukes. They stated they neutralised it but about a week later after reporting heavy casualties with unconfirmed reports of the President known as President Eden's death and more importantly the death of the Colonel Autumn the Enclave were on the backfoot but were in a tactically sound position with a complete air superiority over the Brotherhood but then just stopped just like Raven Rock all communication ceased. President Eden's last radio message did get carried through to the Tower a few days after communication ceased and the senate literally shit their pants. Spoiler: Eden's We Are At War Speech We stand now, at the precipice. A great nation once more threatens to crumble, to topple into the sea of lawlessness and despair that have ruled us all for over two hundred years. In short, my dearest America, we are at war. Even as I speak these words, fearless Enclave soldiers are fortifying their positions at the great water purifier. Bracing for an inevitable assault. The Brotherhood of Steel, in their arrogance, has claimed Project Purity as their own. They would steal the Enclaves work. Steal America's water. Its only a matter of time before the traitors march on the purifier, and attempt to take it by force. Let them come. Wave upon, traitorous wave will crash upon the Enclaves walls. The Brotherhood of Steel will fail. All those who oppose the Enclave will fail. I am President John Henry Eden, and this is my pledge: No one, No one will take this great nation away from me! God Bless the Enclave. God Bless America. Marcus Pool called for Delta Squad to be sent into to find survivors and possibly reinforce the remaining Enclave forces but in the Senate's usual cowardice ways refused to send out the last remains of their protection. Since then not much has happened apart from the Senate bickering with even some talk of asking Muties for help and everything grinding to a halt. Some murmurings were happening that the Senate might finally be taking action on having troopers from Delta Squad and other reservists move out around the tower to assess the situation. Pool felt it was long overdue since they were called into action.

Yeah but it says we're going to have the standard 3000 for this. The only difference would be that we can make holo recordings with it so I guess we can keep an audio diary or somthing.
Question. Will we see recharger pistol and rifles? also got a idea for scientists to have a rechercher rifle as a primariy
It would only slow you down, and ipods wouldn't fit the settings. Plenty of other refernces to take up tbe slack. The S makes it special... Yeah it's just a pip-boy with a log. Have fun with it! What is a rechercher rifle? As for ammo, the enclave has enough bullts and energy cells to burn so I don't think ammo will be something we pay attention to. As long as you have the weapon, assume it comes with ammo. This goes for salvaged weapons as well. However, this doesn't mean you weapon cannot be damaged, disabled, or stolen. Got another poll for us. What should the Illinois Wasteland's nickname be? Very tired from work, will post more in the morning.
