My apologize, I won't make that mistake twice. A scientist would be up there with technician in intelligence, but technicians are the ones that deal with machinery and technologies more than say a doctor, biologist, or chemical engineer. I'd say a technician would be the better robotics expert role.
Dou! If there's anything you'd like to know or have an interest in play as let me know here or in a PM. I hope I'm up to the challenge.
That all depends on how you wish to portray your character. If you want to make his intelligence high, but act the fool that's fine. If you want to be a idiot savant, that equally available to you. There's no restrictions of how to respond so long as it fits the setting and adheres to the rules stated.

That's an interesting questions. Finding salvaged power armor does entail that you can acquire a full set of non-enclave armor. Maybe even use it as a means to infiltrate Brotherhood facilities? I'll have to do a bit more research on those armors first. You can help me with this if you'd like.

No relevance what so ever, see above.

They can be influencers for the perk/traits you want for your character within reason, but are only avalible after completing a mission. The more mission you finish, including side missions, the more chances for traits and perks.

Be sure to let me know when you've thought of anything else and I'll get back you the Thread with my findings/decisions.

They sure did! They invented all kinds of wasteland terrors. Talking Deathclaws, Wanamingos, and the Super Soldier who puts Captain America to shame; Frank (fother mucking) Horrigan! As a member of Delta squad you won't really have time to develop such things on the go. But you will be able to gather research and materials for things the Enclave will be able to create! Whether they're weapons, mutant abominations of science, or even a talking murderous toaster.

Dogs will always have a place in the Fallout lore, but we'll have to wait and see.
Maybe someone will want to play as an Enclave Cyber Dog?

Cybernetic soldiers would be a great bonus for the Enclave, but I'll have to draw the line at your character's range of abilities. Let me see what you come up with and we'll discuss it further.

Frank Horrigan was a mutant cybernetic death machine of the Enclave. Implants will be available but only as a perk earned by a specific mission objective later in the game.

Guess you do raise a valid point. Might have to limit the number of scientists per Squad Delta. Will keep an eye on that for now after we see how many people are interested. As a paramilitary group, I'd expect at last a few soldiers among an advanced recon team with almost no oversight when dealing with the rabid inhabitants of the wasteland.
I see no reason why you can't. Let's find you a lore friendly rank and see what we can imagine!

The only question about the 1-2 intelligence is pretty much you are mentally retarded. I mean if you don't want that in it is your rodeo and I'm not going to complain everything about it. As I stated before I'll joke about it if someone is and I'll be surprised they even sound Human let alone speak English.

Gladly, if you need any help just ask me and I'll try to assist.
As for the Brotherhood of Steel infiltration stuff, is that the Brotherhood members are more than just an armour set. If you tried to enter without Holotags and shit like that you'd be outed in seconds.

    Just wanted to clarify. =)

I do like that way of increasing ourselves. If I think of anything I will.

Well Wanamingos were by the actual US Military or rumoured to be I don't know if they've been proven to be created by anyone and just assumed but I have been playing the Division for the last 8 hours so fuck knows at the moment.

Well I don't know if he was Cybernetically enhanced I think he was grafted to his Power Armour and lived inside of it like an Enclave Robocop.

Well I just threw it in there. Could always state that the Senate was growing desperate and called upon some of the Scientists to come forth.

I'll sort out things soon. Anything you need to know I'll look into it.

    Thanks Bruva!

    Now for some homebrew lore!
    The Enclave Reserves .
The best of the worse, left behind to protect the homestead. This means you'll have access to Enclave technology, resources and pre-war knowledge, but I'm afraid your squad has been denied the use of power armor. Most of them were sent out with the Capital Wasteland expedition and occupation forces. Since then, they've only been able to receive bits of information through eyebot couriers. The ultimate fate of the expedition and President remains a mystery.

    The Tower
You are a Patriot of the Enclave and call your home in the "Warbucks Tower". It's not a real tower, it's an underground installation that was built under an existing skyscraper, based on the Sears Tower. As high as it went up before the Great War, it goes just as far down bellow the surface. It's here where remains one of the last vestiges of pre-war American society and culture. It's well hidden and has remained undisturbed for all this time. Besides this, there are a number of outlying Outposts that dot the surrounding area of the Tower in the city of Chicago, places that have since fallen out of contact with the main base. It will be one of your squad's duties to investigate these places, learn of their fate and salvage anything that they can provide in the defense of the Tower.

    The Congress.
The Congress is made up of all the groups within the Tower. Department of the Army, Research and Development, and Peacekeeping and Recovery. The Congress is made up of these groups with two reps each as well as two Civilian Representatives. Including the Speaker that makes 9 members of the congress which carries out the will of the acting High Command and Speaker, who only votes in cases of a tie.
There are four main political schools of thought that make up the Congress. Traditionalists, Progressives, Moderates, and Independents.
Traditionalists hold old Fallout 2 enclave beliefs, kills all the muties, and restoring America to former glory. Progressives have the same goals, but more like FO3. Believe this can be achieved by new schemes or at the very least bending the wasteland inhabitants to do their dirty work.
Moderates have traits from the first two parties, but prefer to err on the side of caution and prefer simple changes to drastic ones.
Independents want nothing to do with the wasteland and desire to be left alone in their hole in the ground, only dealing with the surface world if it's absolutely necessary.
I think the RP group will be working with members of the Secret Service who are under direct authority of the Acting Leader. More on them later.
The increase in Brotherhood activity has them worried and so decided that sitting around waiting to be found is a bad idea. You must lead your team through the ruins of Chicago. Meet with the locals, fight off the mutants and creatures that have prowl the city streets, and ultimately put a stop to the Crusaders plans. But be warned. There are worse monsters then men that lurk the once glorious city.
Dangerous "Chimera" that attack without warning.
Nocturnal ghouls who swarm from the underground tunnels.
Dangerous Tribal Gangs and much much more!

    The Crusaders
Brotherhood of Steel radicals from the Midwestern Branch who've carved out a small fiefdom from conquered settlements. Using them as staging areas for resources and recruits as they search for a "Holy Grail" of pre-war technology. What this exactly is remains a mystery, but its real enough to them for which they're willing to kill to get it. You will have plenty of reason to avoid or fight them, as they have made the capture of any Enclave members a top priority. Beware the Grand Inquisitor! Anyone suspected of harboring an Enclaver will be harshly punished or rewarded for turning them over. He will stop at nothing to find every last one of you and learn the secrets you hold... then again, maybe you don't know anything he wants. He'll find out. The Inquisition always finds out.
I Decided to take the ending of Fallout Tactics where the Warrior destroyed the calculator but in doing so regressed back to old philosophies of techno hording, human purity and mutant killing.
That doesn't mean they are what they appear to be... Those Inquisitors seem to either possess strange abilities or advanced technology that renders other mechanical devices useless against them. Using these powers to terrible effect and to keep the "Serfs" in line.

That's enough for now, will post more goodies tomorrow. G'night all!
