Well I personally would prefer Combat Armour over Recon Armour. Also I think A sound best but I also feel like it is a joke name a bit "Chicagoland Wastes"... Sounds as if they're going to make Chicago into a theme park.
Chicagoland is just the name for Chicago and the surrounding towns and suburbs I lived in said area for around 7 or so years.

Name: Hester Comet fall Age:26 Rank/Role: Scientist/Biological and mental health researcher Gender:Female Appearance/History: Born and raised in the enclave Hester was the runt in a family of five being the smallest of three but possibly the smartest. Her family has had a long history of being soldiers in the enclave, Her grandfather a marksmen and her grand mother a demotion expert, Her Father a heavy weapons trooper, and her mother storm trooper, High expectations for there children to follow in there foot steps were had When the time came for basic training her siblings passed with flying colors while she crashed in burn hard. Seriously a the sergeant at arms commented he had never once in his life seen a training grenade thrown towards a target to come back and hit a recruit in the face. Coupled with the fact she failed basic training and turned out she needed glasses to see and hit a target from mid range with a laser pistol. Her father was deeply disappointed in her. Her mother on the other hand decided to try and push Hester into the enclave Research division so she was at least some use to enclave many of them were stunned to see her perform so well with under the science wing. During much of Hester time is spent in the labs she has made stunning progress with working on improving med kits in theory that has lead to several medical advancements for med kits and how to help trauma patient survive the loss of a limb. While her theories and suggestion in the lab are useful she has been known to be somewhat of a clutch, tripping many of the times and lucky she hasn't broken anything in the lab. Hester's siblings went on to rise in the ranks her brother becoming a sergeant and her sister a head officer of a squad in charlie team. While at least a place was found for her in the enclave, and a moderate respect for her in her family was found much of that was lost when she heard of the deaths of most of her kin, her brother and sister possibly losses with one of the expedition team and her father and mother reported KIA and MIA she began to spiral into a depression that effected her work enough that she was decided to be one of the scientist in the lab to be transferred to delta team The last known project Hester was known to be working on was several attempts at making a truth serum for interrogating prisoners, Mood effecting drugs, and a strange weapon that was brought in with one salvage teams that encountered a group of slavers.(Mesmatron) That some in her research group wanted to know if it could be of use to the enclave. SPECIAL (Total of 28, all Stats start on 1): Strength 2 Perception 2 Endurance 3 Charisma 4 Intelligence 10 Agility 2 Luck 5 Haven't made a equipment choices yet. I can't help but feel if I used Steppes, I'd have no choice but to add the Great Khans somehow. That's up to you. My class options are mostly suggestions, if you want combat armor go for it. It takes more than fancy armor to survive the Illinois Wasteland... That sound better? Chicago is also referred to as The Jewel of the Midwest. The main focus for the RP will be the Urban Ruins of Chicagoland, but we will eventually expand as the story progresses. Taking the fight to the Brotherhood of Steel after driving the detachment out of the city. A duster is a long jacket right? Like what the Rangers wear? As long as it's light armor you're wearing that should be fine. As a specialized soldier, can't have heavy combat armor weighing our Sharpshooter down. I'm alright with everything accept the helmet. That is a sick sniper! But yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking, similar to Ranger armor, but no helmet. Also I like that bandoleer and knife! xD
Funny how you mention interest in the Mesmatron. As I was looking for research ideas for the various outposts you'll be exploring and reclaiming, that one had occurred to me. While I cannot in good conscious let you have a mesmatron starting out, I can promise that it will be made available to you. Probably not in the first mission, but having that prier knowledge might just save a life. Great character sheet! As a soldier, you can have a combat knife for your second weapon. Bandoleer is purely aesthetics, but I'm glad you enjoyed it!
