Original post wasn't about total number of wins. It was about how there were more "good" wins. When the campaign started there were a lot more cordinated matches and easier wins because you had an influx of players that knew how to utilize equipment, how to play the map, how to react to situations, and how to assault points beyond just a single doorway. Now that the majority of those people have their 10 wins they are right back to their faction of choice. Plus for every match where someone was going for their 10 wins they were not playing against the marines. I have no doubt that lsm probably win more overall matches in a given day due to number of games played, but I bet the ratio of wins to loses in the first day of each campaign is a lot higher.
I just want to know what will happen during the Eldar campaign. My money is that they fill up half the bar really quickly, but either fail to totally fill it or only fill it on the last day, due to generally having the lowest numbers among all the factions. LSM is looking pretty bleak though, as predicted.
Every time I've taken a survey, Orks have been the least represented, and they did fine due to a lower goal. So far the single faction campaigns have correlated well with the general trends in the four-way deals - Orks completed easily, Chaos completed well but later in the piece, and although it's very early days yet, it looks like LSM will take longer than Chaos. I'm more worried about LSM than Eldar.
You two really should be introduced, Imagine the weighty depths of conversation you could reach together!
This is just half of the LSM team trying to use their brains and the rest just adding numbers. And nobody expects LSM to flank, ever. Get storm bolter, flank, spray, have 2-3 enemies down in a few seconds from behind. No amount of LSM can put a dent in Elfdar Op though. Chaos is holding out, poor orks are getting stomped though.
I feel like Eldar are only really difficult on Fortresses, but on any other map theyre just slightly harder by means of fire dragons blowing up all mah metal boxes
Most of us Chaos players, including myself, have already got our 10 wins and returned to wage war against the corpse emperor under our various banners.
Then that would mean lsm would be back to their regular losing streak and yet they held again eldar and orks...
