locking out advancement skills is pay to win. Make it orks. Lock it to something if you want, but give them access to all advancement. TO be honest a locked Tac for each faction makes more sense. We need more Tacs all over the place.
Sticking all the F2P'ers on the Ork team is going to piss off all the Ork players, including myself. As a non-LSM I'm going to be very watchful on what's going on with F2P.
I gotta feeling they will want f2p players to be able to buy and equip cosmetics and other RTC weapons.
didn't think about that so either they make preset customizable to a limited degree or they have customizable classes behind microtransations I'm sure presets are the key in here tho
bingo. that should be the solution to any issue. no underpowered free players, but as in gameplaywise very limited cos they can only use one class. its also clever because they might get curious and wonder how its like to be that annoying HB guy or JPA that keeps killing them.
Once it goes F2P, be ready for streams of throw away accounts for hackers. I hope BE has a robust anti-cheat or F2P will kill the game faster than a 60$ price tag on a beta will.
Yup, make it the tactical/cap class for each race, dont just gimp orks. Also they cannot deploy or drive vehicles. Last thing we need is troll accounts who dont give a crap about being banned either roadkilling their team the whole game, or wasting precious transport spawns driving them off cliffs.
No matter what, they need access to medic classes. Make it Tactical + Medic, or we'll just see tons of free player only teams unable to heal, or full players being relegated to medic only or losing every game. Also I'm not sure where all these gimp ideas are coming from like "free players are unable to drive vehicles" or "free players are unable to use non-default loadouts"
