It is a minor improvement for the felling of executing an enemy, the animations of the marines/chaos sword and axe, since they are shorter, have a little lack of brutaliry, the animation hitself is good, but the timing is not. Sword : - you kick your target, making him fall on his back. - you aim the sword at his chest . - you thrust the sword in his chest and twisst the sword. - you remove the sword from his chest > THIS part of the animation is to fast and it feel like you're just stinging some liquid with your sword without the bones and flesh that should resist when you remove your sword, you don't feel the brutality of the pierced armor, flesh and bones. Axe/Mace : - same. -same. - you swing your mace / axe in his chest with a heavy brutal impact . - then the heavy mace or the axe's eadge buried deep in his chest just bounce of immediatly, you were executing a bouncing ball. My solution is simple : - slightly faster kick. - make the aiming / raising axe part shorter. - same thrust / swing animation. - the removing part gain the time removed from the second part. What do you peoples think ?
Jesus and here I thought we'd have at least 10 different executions per faction. Here we are struggling for less :/.
We used to have some pretty good executions but bandai said oh no, those are too violent. Tone it down so you don't offend soft little children who are playing this game of war and murder. But devs said we can expect dlc to contain more blood and gore so hopefully they'll hook us up with some of that sweet kill porn.
i think that's because the kill animation was to long for the gameplay, Also, yes no guts no glory, let's make a petition to bring back the blood and gore ! if little kids play this game, it's the responsability of the parents.
