Not really no. Theres thousands here who still arent (and who still might not be). Simply opening Members out of curiosity yields 4 pages of members who are not founders (based on their lack of titles, few have changed back to non-founders titiles). The result would be similar if anyone bothered to skim more pages.
If you read some of the other comments on this thread, you will note that the founders forum will mean people can't use multiple accounts to sway polls and decisions in their favour (unless they buy multiple games under multiple names, which if they want to fork out the money to do that, good on them)
What if Baba Ji buys the Founders pack? And petitions for introducing a tarot reading class that buffs your marrige and day to day happiness?
Now, now. who wouldnt want an imperial tarot gamble that can give you certain bonuses or even has chance to summon the legion of the damned to your side on next battle, but will predict desaster and can turn out as several malus too. But then you need to find an equivelant mechanic for xeno and heretics.
