I'm not sure this is the correct area to put this thread, but...

I just wanted to say great job on the main website and the forums. This has to be the best forum I've seen in years, set-up wise. Everything is quick, responsive, and easy to use, while being very nice to look at.

So to the guys who made this forum and the main website, great job! You folks don't get enough credit in the industry.

Yes kudos to the forum guys, the whole alert system is a neat feature and I'm not sure if it's been implemented anywhere else but it makes for easy and slick access to your discussions.

It's just the XenForo forum software. The theme is also nice, but the features like alerts can be found in any forum using that software.

like LoC said, no, it's just a forum software. Although it's somewhat modified off the base XenForo layout, customized to a 40k theme.
