There's a box on the left of the screen where all of the Crusaders that have put themselves on the map so far are listed. Hover over where your name and little coloured icon are. You'll notice on the right of your name that another little icon appears (it's diamond shaped like a Microsoft Word add colour icon). Click that and some choices for how to edit your pin will appear. Select "More Icons" and you will see the shoulders and heraldry that people have added. If you're looking for a Space Wolf icon (shoulder marking), I tried to add a Ragnar Blackmane shoulder as an option but it didn't show up after I closed the screen. You probably want to add one that you prefer anyway. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me can help out adding more.
